It's been ages since I've seen a longer video with you guys :) I think it captured the atmosphere of the tournament pretty well, the music felt a bit weird in the beggining but after all I think it was ok :) Big props to Matthias and Shirine, and all the rest of shredders. The fearless combo by Max was cool. It was nice to see Andrew in there as well.

Also props to the maker of the video for have the same surname as a famous Polish writer  Thanks for making the video I enjoyed watching it!

lol, "wise" wasn't what I thought, I actually wanted to ask if he was dropping ;)

Anyway awesome video Max, cheers. I really enjoy videos like that, which try to capture the spirit of the event and the scene, rather than the footbag. I really liked the lighting and underground, dirty kind of feel to video. Nice work. I'm glad that there are people out there making videos like this, which I find so much more interesting than a lot of the stuff out there. Props.

Superb video. I like when tournament videos catch more than just the Tournament aspect of it but get down into the fun casual atmosphere stuff. :D

That might just be the COOLEST footbag vid I've ever seen. I think that someone who's never heard of footbag before would enjoy this video a lot and understand so much by watching it.

I know I've seen almost everyone in that vid bust harder before, but who cares that's not the point. Well edited and props to everyone at that tourney. It looked like a blast.

I already had this raging inferno of desire to come live there, now the fire is white hot!

Thanks for the video, I love atmosphere way more than shred.

I'm not sure if you were looking for critiscm, but...

This video didn't jive with me at all. It looked like some weird party in a basement. I don't understand why people were warming up under a flood light.

I'm all for community and stuff but I don't need to see 3 minutes of people dancing. Cool they had a good time, but I guess I craved more shred.

As for the shred, nothing really caught my eye. Except for those ripsteins.

Maybe I'm just being a bitch. I just hope "hang out" videos don't become a commonly accepted thing from tournaments. I remember a while ago seeing Todexon 7 video posted and it was just someone going around filming people sitting.

The best videos have a little bit of the scene and a lot of shred. Like that old footjam series, that was well done.

i wasn't looking for criticsm cause it is not my video... but i will say my opinion about the video and your remarks.
It looked like some weird party in a basement.
i guess it was a weird party, not exactly at a basement, but at a club... same thing for you i guess.
that's what footbag tournaments are like in europe, and that's why the sport is so much popular around here than in the states.

people are warming up under spotlights, cause you can't throw a party where the whole room is lit up like crazy. and really what we do is implent the freestyle finals into a party we organize.

the shred wasn't shred, but routines and playing-for-the-audience. no real shred. besides the warming up ripsteins by clemens.

i do like videos that capture the vibe and are well made. and i consider marcin's video well made in comparison to most of the stuff that is posted here.

thanks for your honest opinion, but i think the video just wasn't made for your cravings, but for a "general audience" or something like that. or maybe just for us participants, to revive the good times we had.

maybe the next one 'll suit you better dave ;)

and good to hear the others liked the video, i will get marcin to post on the forums as well.
i wouldn't really call matze's expression in the last shot "wise" either. i'll leave it up to you to interpret him though.

Footbag = This Video

It was a little too euro for me. I guess I'm too American to appreciate it.

Not just European, but specifically German. I'm a fan of most of mike myers' work on SNL, to include Sprockets. I'd love to hear from any Germans or other Europeans who've seen the sketch and have an opinion.

Wait, this is a thread hijack for an awesome vid. Unsat. Nevermind, y'all, just PM me the opinions.

Come on!

This video was superb!

This is how we do it in Europe! (I agree that it can be strange for others)

Great quality!

Remeber this was competition. We all know how good German shredders are.
They dont have to prove it in every video.

Such events are for the people and for the sport in general, not to new tricks in the Circle...

Thanks a lot, Marcin!
