Nice progress anthony! Sweet to see your playing a lot! I hope we shred together sometime soon. I was wondering, have you ever tried 32 panels? Do you own one? If not maybe giving them a shot would be a good idea, I play with footfighters and they absolutely rocks.

Wow, coffee makes me awesome at footbag appearantly. Today ive been trying pixie osis and mirage osis (thats a torque i think?) anyway ive almost hit a few. I need to drink more of this stuff in the afternoon... I dont have to stop shredding inbetween long combos anymore hehe. Miracle Juice.
I hit a pixie op leg pickup or legover.. i dont know which it was but it was pixie direction with my left leg.

I hit a ripwalk today, it looked retarded but the dex was there. I only practiced for a few today cause I got really tired after drinking a strong ale and took a nap lol. After dinner ill probably play until i feel asleep. the only trouble is footbagging gives me energy at night, my body thinks im working and need energy so it supplies it, which results me being up until 3am. I guess it doesnt matter being spring break and all, might as well make the most of this break and shred, maybe ill skate this weekend too.

Props dude. Keep working on those. Don't go too hard on the coffee though. It can really fuck with you when you're don't have any for a while. That's only if you drink it too much though.

Thanks man. Yeah I noticed the coffee messing with me after drinking two cups one in a row one day lol, so now i just drink half a cup every few days or so. Stuff tweaks me out man.

Anyway, today I did a spinning clipper on my first try, that was pretty sweet. Man i've been eating vegetables, quit drinking soda, I haven't smoked in two days and my game just made a leap. I think it was mostly the eating of fast food and soda which was slowing me down, we'll see.

No problem man. I drink a Double Shot every morning for school but I'm used to those so they don't relly mess with me. But if you aren't used to them and you suddenyl just stop with them you can get some beastly headaches from the lack of caffeine.

Props on Spinning Clipper! A tip to keep from getting dizzy is to use both sides in Spinning. you feel dizzy at all, start Spinning the other way. Works wonders.

Fast food is truly the shittiest food you can eat. I haven't had any since October and it was horrible because I hadn't had any since March. I also haven't had any soda since December 26th, and honestly I don't miss it. Start drinking tons of water and you will get addicted to it. And there are other healthy alternatives if you want something with a good taste as well. Check out your grocery stores for something called Naked Juice. It's the shit.

Yeah, orange juice, water, cranberry juice, and an occasional sweet canned tea have been my substitutes.

I have a weight set in my garage and want to get back into working out. The only trouble is i always work out for like 1 month straight and then do nothing for 3 months. Its hard for me stick to it, especially after a footbag session.

EDIT: woo yeah, hit a pixie osis today, almost hit a torque.

re-edit: YEAAAAH I hit a torque.
I've been hitting dimwalk every single time too.

wee, torque is easy now. My strings are starting to look cool and consist of a lot of 3 and 4 adds without being forced to shove pickups and atws and other basic tricks in there.
I just woke up im gonna go for something big today, im feeling confident at the moment so ill see what i can pull off.

Props on Torques man! Those are fun as hell. A good drill for them would be Butterfly>Torque>SS Butterfly>Torque>Rpt. And whatever else you'd like to do with themof course.
