Phil Morrison - "The Red Rocket" (Google Video!)

Post by ske »

I recently whent on a journey to New Zealand, and hooked up with some of the kiwi players to make some footbagfilm. On of them was Phil Morrison, and this is the result of two great afternoons with some pretty hardcore shred.

UPDATE!!!!

I am stoked to check this out, phil mentioned to me that there would be some new vids of him coming out.

Can you put this on a more legit hosting service? I really want to watch it but I am so sketched out by DL sites like that. Optimally you should go to footbag.org and get an IFPA membership and use the unlimited hosting that comes with that.

This seems all a little to complicated

Du mußt alle Teile downloaden (inclusive der letzten .badongo reference Datei). Danach mußt Du die BaDonGo Joiner Applikation benutzen, um die Dateien wieder zusammen zu fügen.
You have to download each link, including the .badongo file, and after that you must download the badongo program, and put all of the pieces together.

No chance you could upload this on Google Video or something? I really want to see this video!

Ouch, mosher beat me by two minutes.

Sorry guys, I thought it was possible to download it directly.
The thing is I just paid for a membership of IFPA, but everytime I try to upload the video I get an error message (after ages af loading) that I either have clicked the "back button" (which Im sure I havent) or that im a hacker tryin to get in....(which im not)...

So....dammit...feels like shit to edit a big projekt like this and its nothin but problems to get it online:(

Hey yeh Phil mentioned this when he was here last week, cool!

Footbag.org will keep rejecting the file because it is 100mb or more. The limit at .org is 100mb.

Anyone on modified can go to http://fizzied.phasing.org and upload any videos that they need hosted. It is pretty straightforward. I shouldn't have to worry too much about space / bandwidth.

Please fill out all of the form when you are uploading a file. Also, please only use it for modified stuff. It is really easy for me to track what was uploaded. In short, just don't abuse the system :)

P.S. Join the IFPA! ;-]
Looking forward to the video Spoon! (:

Hey Jacob :) Good job getting a video done so fast!

Can i suggest some solutions?

You could try editing a little bit of the video out so it's just under 100mb and upload it to footbag.org again.

You could try uploading to fizzied hosting: http://fizzied.phasing.org/

GOod luck!

That was an awesome video! Thanks for taking the obvious hours it took to put together. :D Shred was invigorating. Too bad Google has shit quality. >_<

Just curious... did the guy get the apple out of his mouth finally?

Absolutely the best editing I have ever seen on a footbag video, in my opinion. Freaking amazing.

Loved it.

Definitely couldnt agree that it was the best editing ever, everything was fairly standard IMO.
Cool video to watch though, Phil is ridiculously good. Saw alot of tricks in there i didnt see him hit in Sydney!
Thanks heaps for putting it out, he is so good to watch! Pity you couldnt make it to Australia during your trip Jacob.
If you want any tip i would suggest perhaps that it was a bit long and the non-Phil/non-footbag bits (like, very non-related) kind of made it lose momentum i thought.

Now i will get flamed for giving criticism.

That video was fucking amazing. So good that this is my third reply I guess :?:

Just enough effects, and random non footbag stuff to make it easily enjoyable for the 15 minutes, and enough amazing shred to keep you pausing and relooking at stuff. It is a shame a video of such awesomeness is bastardized by google.

thanks for the positive feedback. I never realised footbag.org had a size limit....Im compressing the file at bit at the moment so, it should be online on footbag.org in a few hours.

@ Yo Nic!:) Ill send you the high quality version as soon as the file is online on .org.
