yeah i agree. and i think it has a lot to do with the fact that sometimes your practicing for moves you're not even thinking about or trying to practice for. like i couldnt do stampede before and i havent tried it in literally a couple months, but i have done a lot of legbreakers in the mean time which is good practice for it, but i wasnt even thinking about stampede at the time.

What's spastic? Please don't tell me its symp frantic, because Sebastien D invented that set, and I know he didn't name it that. It's also not good form to name a set when there's no video of you hitting it, much less hitting it cleanly. And if you're only hitting a toe stall out of it, then it's not much of a set. Sorry to sound so negative, it's just that I feel strongly about people naming stuff when they don't have a right to. I've probably hit more stuff out of symp frantic than anybody, but I respect Sebastien enough not to give it some crappy name.
