Hey.
I was sick last week, and thus only kicked lightly, which was kind of nice (on the legs) but I wanted to shred harder. I still have a cough, and mucus wants to get coughed up, but it is fairly thick, and takes a while to loosen.
Cereal and oatmeal.
I played yesterday for about 2 hours or so. It was really nice to be able to shred and not be in pain.
I hit:
gyro weaving osis (bs, maybe bsos, I don't remember)

nicer flip mobius
Oh, I also zoomed out of torque, bs, and maybe out of p torque. That felt cool.
I want to hit this >> gyro weaving osis > spinning ducking clip(butterfly) > rpt. I bet that would feel cool.
My left knee hurts a little. I feel like arthritis would feel like this. It feels weird to extend my leg, but only after I have been sitting for a while, or have my left leg tucked up close to me... hmmm, probably nothing....
I can't wait for world's! I need to get my ticket SOON! The best part, well another sweet part anyway, is the week before worlds, I will be back in Michigan for a TWO DAY TOURNEY, then will take a cartrip down to Florida. Watch out for Michigan Footbag to Rep...

I have been sick since Friday of last week, hence no footbag 
I took 5 days off, I haven't had that many days off in a row since last Christmas, which was firaly hard to do. I love kicking that silly bag around. Anyway, I still have a cough, but feel fine, so yesterday I shredded. it felt really good, even though it was the tiniest bit chilly. Today is one degree warmer, and I will shred. I am at work until 6:30 , so I will go home, eat, then shred, I think.
I worked on form yesterday, and just hitting the moves I haven't hit in 5 days (all of them).

It took me about 40 minutes to do that, but it was worth it. I like quantum sets. I should do more of them.

The session went well, especially since we both played pretty hard the day before. Not too long after we started, Matsui-kun, Morio and Debi showed up, but Kenzo and I each had plans early evening, so we ducked out early.
I played a decent amount this last weekend (5 hours Saturday, 2.5 Sunday)

I think the best dreams are the ones where I am in them
One of the lunch ladies at my school (who has a crush on me) told me the same thing yesterday! When I asked her what kind of a dream it was, she said she couldnt tell me in the teacher's room. She asked me to come back to the lunch room, so I followed. Everyone had already gone home, so it was just us two. She let me in to the inner room, the one where they rest and eat, and then took her shirt off, saying she forgot to turn the heat off, and she was really hot. I felt a little uncomfortable, but she soon fixed that problem by taking my pants off. She then locked the door, and took off her bra. Nothing special, no offense to her Anyway, by this point it was all or nothing, so I took my pants off as she stripped herself down to nothing but cute white panties.
Alright, good story huh? I wish something like that would happen to me. What REALLY happened was she told me she couldn't tell me what kind of a dream it was, then left. I then went home...

I got back yesterday from Okinawa, from the 4th Okinawa footbag meeting (OFM). Once again, I was reminded of how much I love footag, Japan, and life. Footbag tournanments are the coolest, most refreshing, fun, self-reflective events ever. The only bad thing is that the person's house I stayed at (thank you Kuro-chan and Mi-chan) gave me Influenza. I can't go to work for about a week, 
but I also can't kick for a few days oh well, Ill just make the best of it.
I was in Okinawa for 3 days and 3 nights, and Iwish I still was there. The weather was warm (even though it was cloudy), I got a little sun burnt, got to see and shred with a bunch of people I haven't seen in a long time, and a ton of other stuff.
The flight to Okinawa from Osaka is about 2 hours and 15 minutes. That is just enough time to drink 3 beers at a good pace. The flight there was better because there was a high school senior class trip that was headed back to Okinawa on the same flight that I (we, being that I went with Kenzo, Debi, and Assa) was/we were on, which meant I got to talk to girls
As we arrived at Naha (the main city) airport, I glanced around outside through the airplane window and thought 'finally, I'm back'. From the airport, well, on the whole island actually, there is only one monorail line, so we all jumped on the monorail and made our way to the city.
As it turned out, I met up with the two people I was staying with, ate some dinner, then went back to their place to drop off my stuff. They live at the end of what is called 'kokusai-doori', or 'International street'. It is like a main street sort of deal. We went up to their ninth floor apartment and hung out for a little bit while Kenzo and everyone else got there stuff dropped off at the hotel.
We all ended up going to a club, which was also nice. I'm not one for clubbing, but to be with all of my good friends (thanks to footbag) and watching everyone spit game and dance and seem care-free really made me happy.
We stayed at the club until 4 am, then all went our separate ways home, except for Morio, he slept on the street, or so he says

It is finally getting warmer, and I love footbag. Recently footbag has really been my escape, and I am realizing more and more how good it has been to me.
I hit that p drifter > p torque (rpt) combo, that was fun.

It was on my foot, but I coulndn't pull it around for the hand catch, or seal. All I can say is that I will hit it bsos, sooner or later. That, and my leg and neck hurt...
I broke up with my girlfriend after a year and a half relationship
I will be lonely, and I know that she really likes me, but I feel like it is the best thing right now.
I have also decided to not renew my current work contract (up in a week)
and work at a different company about 16 to 20 hours a week. This is because I have decided to go to GRAD SCHOOL!! Temple University in Osaka is where I will get my Masters in TESOL (Teaching of English to Students of Other Languages). This will allow me to teach at the university level, which I think will be interesting, and rewarding. It will take about a year and a half, and a lot of money, but I think it will be worth it. Wish me luck, especially on finding a LOAN...

1. Dan came to Japan I believe in August of this year, and stayed until the end of JFC. I guess I should say that we all had the honor of communicating with Mr. Ednie... Dan, once again thanks a lot for everything that you did while you were here. You and Adam made that really great footbag manual for one, and you also helped me to remember what footbag really is. You have rekindled my footbag flame, and I can't thank you enough. I hope you enjoy that Kanji book.
For anyone that has never met Dan-> meet him! He is a really great person, and he loves to talk. He has a lot to say about everything. He also has really good advice with regards to footbag.
