Thanks Janis. 8 ) I'm making sure that I'm not putting too much stress on it. Took yesterday off to give it a little rest.

Today was a fairly shitty session compared to the roll that I've been on recently. Had to happen sometime though I guess, that means next session will be pretty good so that's something to look forward to. Still, I was pretty pissed off about it so I ended up doing an hour of weight training instead of my usual 30 minutes so I feel better now. I did have a few nice things sprinkled throughout my session though. I practiced some Atomic and I had a really good one on each side and I nearly hitting Tap off of both but no cigar. Some other highlights:

 Ducking Clipper back to back. I've been trying for this for a good while now.
 Flip Toe Ducking Mirage
 3 Pieces of Ben's TriForce drill.
 Spinning Ducking Clipper, Strongside.
 A lot more Paradox Mirages than I normally do.

So I guess it wasn't as bad as I thought, and I did do a lot of drills that were very helpful, but it didn't feel as good as it normally does, tomorrow though.

Oh yeah, this isn't really Footbag related but today at the gym, there was a stunningly beautiful girl at the gym who I've never seen there before. She's about my age and even looked like she had a build that's great for Footbag! Anyways, so I'm there practicing, she tosses a smile in my direction and I toss her a slight wave, a smile, a "Hello", and continue drilling. So then she proceeds to get a medicine ball, and here is where I get slightly distracted. Well, if you've ever seen some of the excersises people do on those medicine balls then you understand my lapse in concentration... I had to end my practicing there because I just wasn't able to concentrate. I didn't talk to her simply due to the fact that I would find it a bit awkward if I was spread eagled over a medicine ball and someone came up to me and started talking tome but next time I see her I'll definitely be sure to start up a conversation.

Hey Alan man props on dclip b2b... you know you beat me to it, haha! Flip toe dmir is awesome too.

I had a good time shredding with you - hopefully next time we get together we'll both be in better shape? I'm planning to have a shred with one of my frat brothers on Tuesday - I'll post about it maybe?

Have a good week dude.

Alan, talk to her but remember hot girls at the gym get hit on all the time. You gotta appear harmless. PM me if you want to discuss the fine art of picking up chicks :P

Props on 3 pieces of the tri force. Clipper drils FTW! As for pdx mirages have you hit butter > pdx mirage > rpt ? That's one my fave drills. Once you get it down you can just keep going and going and going for tons of repeats.

I think you're my friend on MySpace. Someone named Footbag Flurry or Frenzy or something.

Whateva.

Props on almost tap, I hate atomics.

Thanks guys!
I'm actually pretty good at picking up girls Ben, I've just never rreally seemed to have trouble doing it. I don't mean that in a boastful or cocky way, trust me I've had a fair share of rejection haha, but probably 6-7/10 times I'm successful. If you want to pm with some anyways though I'd be glad to hear what you have. Always something new to learn. :D

Sessioned today and yesterday, though yesterday was uneventful with exception to drills.
Today was alright, nothing spectacular but I hit some nice stuff.

 3.5 Pieces of the Triforce drill. Managed to hit one side of the fourth piece then dropped on the foot switch.
 I managed one go through of Butterfly>Paradox Mirage>Rpt.
 Whirl x5 Strong side. Almost x2 on Flip...
 A really cool moving run. I managed to go for about 30 feet with 13 contacts. It included a Toe Ducking Mirage, Spinning Clipper both sides, Legovers, Pickups, Mirages, Butterflies, and an Osis. It was pretty cool. :D
 Atomic was much better today, though I still need to school my timing and set height and shit like that. Footed Strong Side Tap.

I hate hot weather, it's getting hotter out. Playing at school is going to become very unpleasant...

**EDIT: I also hit Spinning Osis both sides. And Flip Spinning Rake.

Today was ok. I slept through 1st period and 4th period and only woke up when I got poked by the person next to me to answer a question for the teacher, got everyone of them right. Hell yes. But thankfully it was "good" sleep, and by that I mean the sleep where you wake up and feel refreshed instead of shitty, and I normally "don't get good" sleep at school. Though in all honesty I shouldn't really be sleeping at school...

I played most of lunch today because it was nice and chilly out. I managed to hit Tap for the first time on Strong side, though I question it's cleanliness because I only set it waist high, but my friend said it was clean so whatever. My Flip Atomic wasn't setting right at all today though. Meh. I also hit Whirl x6. New record for myself. I need to work the shit out of Flip Whirls though. Came close to x2 on the Flipside.

I got home, mowed the lawn which took a bit out of me and but that's alright, I still played for an hour afterwards. I had shin splints the entire hour though. I flimed some. Not too much really. I just did a bunch of drills and practiced some Spinning, though it was thrown off by my shin splints. Let's see... some drills I hit were the Butterfly>Pardox Mirage>Butterfly>Paradox Mirage one that Ben gave me. I also hit 4 pieces of the TriForce drill. Other than that it was mostly basic drills. I did hit Spinning Osis BSOS though with a Far Legover in between them, though the Far Legover sucked in my opinion. Here's a video of it:

http://fizzied.phasing.org/Untitled.wmv

I'm going to do some of David Wilders challenges tomorrow. And more drills.

Well Ben, it kind of depends on the girl. But the easiest thing to do for me is to just go up to them and start a conversation and take it from there. If it's somebody I already know though it's much easier, you already know what they are into, if they are a bitch or not, lots of things you don't know when picking up a girl you don't know. I just find common interests and take it from there. :D

I tried that drill today by the way... hard as shit. O_o Shin splints didn't help either.

Today was fairly good. I did a bunch of drills and went for consecutives and such to build up my consistency. It went pretty good too. I hit a bunch of drills, some were new some were old old old. Still felt good though. I practiced Atomic sets a LOT. I've mainly just been having trouble with my set height and planting fast enough but today I tweaked it really well. Anyways, some highlights:

 Flip Whirl x2 for the first time. Almost got x3 but shin splint got in my way. :?
 Drill: Ducking Toe>Mirage>Rpt. for 6 contacts. Also did it again for 5 contacts starting from the Flipside.
 Whirl>Ducking Clipper>Whirl>Drop on Ducking Clipper.
 Tap both sides. Twice on Strong and once on Flip, though I'm not sure about the Flip. I think it was pretty sloppy.

I'm actually not so sure if I'll be releasing a March video. I want to improve my string length with my Spinning and Ducking so I can get some halfway decent footage to show my progress and not regress back to the multitude of Pickups, Legovers, and basic shit that I've been cramming into my last videos. We'll see though. I might throw together a short video with individual Spinning tricks and Spinning links. We'll see.

Thanks for reading. :D

Don't worry about making a video every month.

I tried that and it just gets annoying.

Make it whenever you feel your game is way past due to make a video (if it is now, that's great!).

Thanks guys. 8 )

Let's see... haven't updated since Thursday. So, Friday was decent. I made that Whirl tutorial for Ben and apparently it was pretty good. 8 ) So that's pretty cool. Other than that just drilling.

Saturday, no Footbag. Just finished a bag I'm sending to Daryl tomorrow.

Today was good. I only did 30 minutes but it was very productive. I drilled Infinities because my Flip Infinity is in sore shape thanks to that injury. I hit the most contacts of Mirage>Legover>Rpt. than I ever have. I think it was 13. Not many, I know but an improvement nonetheless. And I practiced Atomic sets. I need to catch up on my Flipside set. So I did a bit of that. But I think the best thing about today was:

 Tapdown second try. :P I also hit it twice more afterwards. I dragged my parents out for the last one that I did, well my dad really. My mother, who was sitting on her fat ass watching TV and stuffing her face, said she was busy so it was just my dad. Anyways, I dragged him out there and told him that it may take a few tries. I tossed the bag and nailed the cleanest Tapdown of the 3 first try. I'm pretty stoked now. Atomics are coming along nicely.

Props on tapdown man!

You're seriously sounding almost exactly like the guy I shred with. He's good at atomics, good at spinning (but not osis). You're like a bothsided version of him. :D

Woot! Great hour long session today.
I spent a LOT of time drilling Infinities(with noticable progress), Paradox Mirages(slowly getting better), Illusions, and Atomic.
The Atomics are so exhausting now that I'm doing them a lot better heh. I even had an Atomic set that I could have ducked if I had wanted to, but my dumb ass decided not to.
Best things from this session:

 Flip Illusion finally! Fellt nice to finally hit that.
 Legbeater *Thanks Zac.

And lastly, one of my dream moves:

 Atomsmasher!!! Twice on both sides! I haven't experienced a better feeling after hitting a move than I did after hitting this, especially after I hit Flipside too! I'm loving Atomics more and more every day.

Ok, once I get my Tap and Atomsmasher more consistent I'll try that drill out. Thanks buddy. ^_^ And I do my Atomics hippy. I think they look better that way. That and they put a nice burning feeling in my abs.

And thanks Zac. I fixed it. :D
