Good point Mathieu.. Where are all the europeans??

A handful of us slacker north americans made it out the last few years to europe, it's their turn to show us how hardcore they are.

Come on, don't they want to see the fantastic display of retarded excess that is Disneyworld?

All this year Ive told people "I placed 29th.. except nobody from north america came." I hope I don't have to say something similar this year except ending in "..except nobody from europe came."

So....

Post by ballsacker »

I'm in Orlando, lived here all my life, about 30 minutes drive from the event site, and I can help people out finding places to crash if you let me know now. I'm gonna be seeing what I can do for people in terms of getting friends of mine to help with housing people, and I'll let you guys know how that goes. I'm helping the Worlds Organizing Committee with some on the ground stuff, and I'm pretty sure there'll be a lot of information given soon about things to do in the area, pricing, and other information that I'm sure people are curious about. I'm getting pumped! It's coming fast! :)

I giggled like a jackass at that comment Tom. :P You are right on the dot with it though.

My fiance is trying to find a way for me to make it to this. If we can get the cash together, this will be one sweet honeymoon.

C'mon, worlds was in europe the past 2 years, you guys can't all use the money excuse!
I think I'm gonna make it to Worlds, but most likely I will represent Canada. :D

EDIT: I'm staying in Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, so if anyone wants to share a room, please let me know.

The truth!

I am still thinking about going to this. Will probably be impossible. But I will try my hardest. I want to meet all of you so bad!

I understand it`s hard for those living in countrys where economy is less fortunate. But for some others, especially those who do not work, find yourselves a McJob and save up for 2 months, you will have plenty of money for the trip.

Good to see some europeans native will be there. Any others coming?

I know some Polish players are making Worlds this year. It would be 6-10 people. They're lucky bastards...

We should definitely bake a pie, Dave. I have the perfect recipe!

I decided to try to make it. I must get one of these "mcjobs" and save up.

$400 from Washington state, not a bad price at all. So who has some crash space available?

Anyone know why Anthony Travel won't let us reserve rooms past the 18th? We leave the 19th and I'm thinking most people will be doing the same.

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

I too leave the 19th.

They didn't reserve rooms for the 19th, I guess because they didn't think about it. But you can request to check out on the 19th and they put in a request to Disney.
