yeah i wish i were able to ride bikes to places, but we live sort of in the country with lots of hills and miles away from town.

i didnt mention this, but my little brother came out to my mom. i support him completely... i dont think that there is any problem with homosexuality, whatever makes him happy is what counts. on the other hand, my mother, father, and twin say they support him but make sure that they mention religion. my father is really angry, he has a serious case of homophobia... but he hasnt disowned him (my parents have never disowned me and ive done far worse things than that). i knew all along that he was gay, even without him telling me. here were my hints: he was a christmas tree for halloween when he was a kid, he trade me legos for my barbie dolls, he had a doll house that he built from scratch and put electricty through that little house (there were real working chandeliers, table lamps, and porch lights), he wears foundation (makeup) sometimes... and many others. i feel bad that no one else in our family is willing to be there for him through this. i wish they were more understanding. poor kid.

i bought brian some yoyos. one of them was just released (g5), and he wont get it until we are at worlds on his birthday. but the other was more of a suprise... its called a busine$$... and i gave that to him last night. the yoyo came in a little cardboard box and when we opened it, there was shredded money covering the yoyo!!!! ...wow.
i probably spent about 250 on those.

im excited about getting my new tattoo!!!!

today was nice.

worked, which was gay, but i need money to eat and stuff.

then came home and left for shred.

it was a nice day. breezy. temperate, but not hot.

hit some new stuff,

zoid dod

zoid ducking dod

my game was pretty good today, string length was like 10 contacts everytime, all genuine guiltless stuff.

some double downs midrun, and a few tripless mixed in.

glaucoma
backside fear/smear
almost fairy ducking ss egg. like real close. damn its hard.

learned a new yoyo trick, not sure if its called "branding" but i think it is.
its pretty much just a 1.5 suicide, caught in 1.5.
gt suicide.

started my own trick today, it goes

houdini mount>that kamakazie sstarrt thing>roll around to 1.5>brand>budda>kwijibo>matrix>backspin bind.

my list of top notch yoyos keep growing.
busine$$
yyf fast 401k espionage (2nd run)
yyf g5 sabotage (#513)
yyf Grind Machine 2
dif-e-yo tank

and plastics:
yyj lyn fury
duncan freehand zero
yyj mini motu
yomega fireball

id like to get a hitman, and a dark magic, but i think ive got enough yoyos for a while.

well. were going to the library to study for our final essay for history of world civilizations 2 tomorrow. >shred>clarksville.

cya then.

yeah, today was great for shred. overcast, but warm and breezy.
the shred was also the first time that lee ever told me to hit a trick... and i hit it. took me a couple times but i was proud. mirage> butterfly.

after i hit that, i hit moshers tail> mirage> butterfly.

list of footbags to make:
cream pent, colonial hexes- me
active green, white spiral bag- brian
green grape, punch spiral bag- (suprise gift for my favorite shred friend - he will know soon enough)
worlds bags

got an aiden bag this week. i was disappointed... i guess because the reviews lead me to expect more, but instead i got a bag that had different sized pents making it weird shaped.

public library tomorrow with steve, brian, and greg. first we will stop at cheeseburger charlies. after study session we are going to shred, then to clarksville to chill out for the night.

steve is becoming a good friend. hes someone i can trust, even though we dont know much about the other. i think what i like about our friendship is that i dont have to know much about him to respect him. i guess we have the same sense of humor.

oh yes, and im getting a peng bag finally.

edit: i just went to the washing machine to pull my gunits out. on the right foot the toe mesh ripped nearly in half. ive worn these shoes once, and i didnt even get to footbag in them. i washed them cause the mesh was still sticky from the mod. i cried.

G6 toe mesh rips way too easily.... sorry to hear that yours busted, but don't worry because youre better off without it. I don't even rely on it anymore, i always replace it as soon as I mod them. My typical solution has always been to get some fabirc adhesive and just slap a patch on the underside that bridges the toe fabric and the rest of the shoe.

Buuuut on my current pair, i cut the toe fabric off completely and replaced it by stitching a "net" made of dental floss. it rocks! Your shoes are totally salvage-able.... the lesson I've learned is to just keep a DIY attitude and follow your intuiton when coming up with a solution to imperfect footbag shoes. They were flawed to begin with and you're smarter than the schmucks at reebok. :D

And props on hitting mosher's tail! super elite

my right g6 toe is also ripping, and I JUST got them. I'm thinking of making a facile / floss replacement to the toe. Don't forget, you *are* a stitcher. you can repair them just fine ;) props on mosher's tail > string. you should come to GRASS, with brian.

very neat, brian. thanks for the footbag! love you.

i turned in a portfolio last week in order to apply for a new merit scholarship in the graphic design department at school. I GOT IT! $2,000!!! this totally kicks ass!

we have to design a deck of cards for my typography 2 class. i'm doing metal band cards... instead of suits like spades, clubs, diamonds, and hearts... i have kiss, acdc, megadeth, and iron maiden. the cards are shaped as pentagons. lol. each suit has the font from that band's logo. and the face cards are a little different. kings are dave mustaine. queens are dee snider. jacks are angus young. and jokers are gene simmons. lol we have to design the backs and the box too... the backs have pentagrams and the box is bloody lookin. this is a stressful project but its all good... its our final assignment.

my parents are going to be gone till sunday. i think lee is gonna come over sometime and play the wii with me and brian... also, elliott emailed me this morning and hes thinking about having a small jam this weekend here in nashville. we do know that hes bringing someone up on sunday and we will freestyle. FINALLY, someone shreds with us!

in history of world civilizations, we watched a video about the rape of nanking. many people havent heard about this, because when it happened the communist government hid it.
what happened was that these chinese soldiers took over nanking... and raped and brutally murdered women and children from under the age of 8 years old up to the age of 90 years old. they would tie women up, gang rape them, then cut them into pieces to get rid of the evidence. the children whos body's hadnt grown enough for sex were cut bigger, raped, then killed. they killed over 20,000 women and children this way.

it makes me sick that people could be like that.
im sorry... its been something that has occupied my mind for the past few days.

my history teacher told us about nanking. it's so disgusting and i couldn't get it out of my head either. it was half-way through her lecture too and after she told us about it i couldn't listen to the rest.

on a lighter note: pentagon-shaped cards!!! that's so sweet, i hope the project goes well.

peace.

lol thanks freddy! all three of those bags are made by me.
the one thats not finished is going to brian. and the meat bag is already brians. the other one is my newest personal shred bag.

and yeah, when i finish the cards ill take a picture and post it. this whole project is very tedious (sp?) because we have to make 54 cards (jokers included), design the backs, and design the box. lol i dont even like metal.

black climas on ebay that im watching. those shoes are so hot.

never move to tennessee... we have the CRAZIEST weather. last weekend the high was 92F, and this weekend the low is 27F with flurries! WTF! i bet we are gonna be seeing tornados soon.

Brian and Holly,

I went 'Amatista' hunting around the Fashion District in NYC today. I found something very close to it, but it looked much thinner. It was definitely ultrasuede light imo. My suspicions were that it was laundered and compressed with time to make it thin, since it was a swatch compressed in a plastic slipsheet in a heavy book of a various ultrasuede. I'm sure my suspicions were true.

If I could contact Toray about the place where they gave me my swatch for 'Amatista,' I can definitely confirm it. The guy told me it was $30 per yard!

Toodles,

Wayway.

that g5 looks so good! :)

also, i'm pretty sure that the japanese were responsible for the rape of nanking. the chinese were the victims.
