Just got back from Spanish night at my school where my class closed the show with a dance to Hips Don't Lie. I couldn't feel my legs for the first 30 seconds, but it was a lot of fun. Probably a good preview if I ever did a routine.

Played for about 10 minutes trying to learn Eggbeater after watching Kevin R's new 3 dex combo. Hit 3 on each side, so that's 5 more than I ever hit before now. They were barefoot, so hopefully there won't be much more of a learning curve in shoes.

<3 new Claven's bag.

7 contacts of Blur>Smear>Dimwalk
Smear>Pixie SS Mirage (Rpt.) starting from both sides
8 Ripwalks, breaking my old record of 5.
Pixie SS Blender both sides

Awesome session with an awesome bag.

New bag is excellent; perfect weight.

Hit some shoelessless Eggbeaters. Nearly 7 contacts of Blur>Dimwalk.

Pretty much it.

Cool session with Will.

I hit my first 555; Blurry Whirl>Spinning Whirl>Pdx. Blender. Pdx Whirl Free Free!

Also hit Blurry Torque on my second try; my fifth 6 add.

Got 6/8 contacts of Dimwalk>Sidewalk>Blur>Smear (Rpt.)

Will had some cool stuff. Nebula>Fusion, Alpine Blurry Whirl>High Stepping Mirage>Quantum DLO (Not sure if he actually got the 3rd move though).

Good session overall, although 1/2 the length of last weeks.

5 contacts of Stepping Mirage>Legbeater

Even got an Atomic to start the 6th contact, but it wasn't good enough to go on.

Less than mediocre session. Had problems with Flip Clipper and Stepping on either side.

Tried Stepping Mirage>Legbeater (Rpt.), but only got 2 contacts.

Finished with Atom Smasher B2B starting from both sides. Atomic'ed out of the last one, but it was no good.

After watching Henry G's tripod video, I went back, knowing there was more fun to be had and improvements to be made.

Tried some Eggbeaters, and after getting a few Pdx. Eggbeaters. The Pdx. were too hard right now, so I went back to setting from Toe. Form first, then the cool stuff.

In the midst of this Eggbeating-fest, I decided to emulated Henry's Atomic and go for some Reactors. What'ya know, it worked. Hit it within 3 tries on my strong Whirl side, and maybe 10-15 on weak Whirl side. I'm pretty sure they were both clean, and they felt damn good.

With all of this renewed energy, I tried going for Stepping Mirage>Legbeater (Rpt.) again. Sealed it with a lot less tries than I expected and it felt awesome.

Never give up, there's always something more you can do.
