Roundtrip tickets=137+tax. We'll be there on the 9th. Buying my tickets for the plane on wednesday, then I'm calculating costs for hotel and then we're booking that from the 9th-19th.
Anyone up for pre-event shred and hanging out?

Would anyone else be interested in sky diving at Worlds? I've got Mathieu S. and Zac J. up for it but the more the merrier. I'm not sure of any prices yet and I'll be doing some searching around for a good place in Orlando.

Fletch, if I drive down I can give you a ride no problem. The only uncertainty is whether or not I'll be drving down.

Sweet Aidan! I have been looking around a bit and some of the places I've found don't list prices but the cheapest I've seen so far is $165 per person. It's the Tandem Skydiving where you are strapped to an instructor, otherwise you have to spend time learning a bunch of stuff. I'm still looking for other places though so more to come.

I was wondering if any of the people that are planning on staying off of Disney booked the rental unit yet or not. I was thinking that if there are going to be multiple units being rented by various people, that we should all be at the same resort. It would be best for hanging out and transportation if everyone stayed close to each other. So far I am looking at Windsor and Terra Verde for rental units. Please let me know what you are looking at or where you reserved your rental.
I talked to Mosher and it looks as though Terra Verde is the best deal. We are thinking that we will stay there. What is everyone else thinking about doing?

Yeah, I know what you mean that it is really early to start making plans; however, the rentals are filling up really fast. I think that it will be well worth planning early if we all end up at the same place. We could commandeer the place and create a footbag community!! Fun, fun, fun. Just my thoughts.

hey aiden... this is my understanding of whats going on. most people are staying at the disney sports resort and some people are renting houses that are only 10 minutes from the event site. there is a thread about the rental houses... but you should PM crazylegs32 (jon nagela) to ask him which specific place he is renting from. i remember there being a site about it.
