hope your having a good week too :)

circle kicked a bit today, a friend of mine hit pixie for the first time, also many epic hacks were had. The most epic hack by far though was a flapper kick double hack, good times :D
finally had a shred session today, went quite well, hit some new stuff: butterfly > double pickup > rpt
toe reverse torque (flux?)
came really close to triple mirage from clipper also did some rev whirls, rev whirls are always fun.

Had quite a bit of shred today as well as a long circle kick, was hitting my strongside torque midrun today. I've changed my technique and now my osis isn't quite so shit anymore. Hit datw out>datw in>datw out>datw.

Thanks for that post, I had forgotten about the trick tips thread.
yeah the first posts in there were over a year ago now, looking back on it I really wanted to learn datw after a friend of mine hit it, damn that was back in 2005. Drilling it every week for a year made the difference.

Damnman. That really sucks. Did you see who it was at least? :x Sometimes I really hate certain people.

Props on the Torque tweaking and the Double ATW action you had going on though! :D

thx for the post,

had a really shit week so far, footbag has been really good though.
hit a few new fairy moves today :)
fairy ss rev whirling rake
fairy spinning osis
fairy ss symp rev whirl
fairy gyro whirling inside
also worked on osis a bit, it still sucks, meh. My string length still completley sucks, I'm working hard on it but my strings are only lasting a short time without toe bails or really easy tricks.

Had a really satisfying session today, probably the most satisfied I have ever been with footbag. Broke my record by hitting 8 consec lobsters(pincher atws), finally hit dso>datw in>rpt. Hit some new moves: fairy spinning pincher(invention? surely not?), fairy spinning clipper, pixie same swirl (not symple) and blurry ps rev whirl both sides 8)
Also hit toe set ss symp rev whirl>rev swirl, rev swirls feel so good, I think I'm going to try and do more of them.

But best of all smashed my tiltless record by hitting 112 8O :D

There are two certainties about spending time in rural Victoria, slow internet and lots of shred. Just spent hours and hours drilling basics, I've dropped the intensity level so I can shred longer, I want to shred for ages cause there is nothing else to do. Been working on swirls, swirls are fun :) hit some new swirl moves: hopover swirl bs, toe ss symp rev whirling swirl and fairy ripstein. Not much trick hunting though, just lots of consecutives, the goal of 100 consecutive of all the tiltless tricks is still alive. Inspired by my soccer freestyle friend I've been trying some kick based moves, managed to hit 13x atw in-out kick today. Kicks/flyers are really fun everyone should give them a go.

Another good shred today, did a bit of trick hunting, but mainly worked on dyno and insides. Maybe some inventions, pincher set ss symp rev whirling rake both sides and cloud kick pixie illusion. Trying hard to improve my filpside clipper form.

also 25x sameside knee stall.

had a short session today, mostly worked on barrages, Did some of the drills that Alex suggested.
warmed up with 239 consec toe stalls
27 contacts of mirage>ss clipper>rpt
7 contacts of barrage>ss clipper>rpt
dimwalk>double pickup bsos
butterfly>barrage>butterfly>near pickup>rpt>tiltless run
butterfly>barrage>plo>rpt
toe ss rev whirl>barrage>rpt

very satisfying session, finally getting some consistency with my flip clipper.

cheers Alex, your drills helped, I hit left clipper set barrage after 3 tries today.

Today's session was epic, had a kick with Tom, James and Dan. I played for over 4hours, so be warned this is a big blog post coming up. Warmed up at the front of fed square with some circle kicking. It was sunny and hot so we decided to relocate to the cave.
hit frankenstein first try, didn't hit it again though :?
Hopover swirl bsos
Blurry flail first try
Dimwalk>ripwalk
8x datw in-out on right foot (shoes)

Almost rolled my ankle on a ripwalk, so I stopped and used some anti-inflamitories as a precaution. After a short rest I took the shoes off and continued to play:
Good run length, pixie was consistent
A barefoot 10 contact double dex run including dso, datw in and terrage bsos
10x datw in on right foot (barefoot)
footed some triple pixies

lavers went back on and we returned to the front of fed square
footed superfly (missed handcatch)
delusion and stomping dlo both first try
4x right eggbeater
barrage>ss clipper>rpt, 8 or so contacts
Some pdx eggs
Footed bedwetter
172 pixies:!:
I'd been playing for ages but the pixies really pumped me up for some more shred.

left clipper set double pickup>ss clipper> rpt 8 contacts
left clipper set double pickup > ss symp rev whirl
datw in>ss symp rev whirl bsos
blurry psr whirl
pixie same psr whirl
fairy same swirl>psr whirl
psr whirl x2
