It is just a picture, although, that bag looks very round. Like, really spherical! How many bags have you stitched Nate?

John583; how well do those 12 panels shred (are they beginner bags) because I'm thinkng of constructing one. Any explanation would help.

Also, I think I have an addiction to stitching. I LOVE MAKING THINGS!

They shred well as long as you use the appropriate gather. to make 14p make a square of the appropriate size (1.25 in) and make a hex from the pattern maker for 32 panels (1.35 in). 6 squares, 8 hexes Sew the squares just as u would a hexagon on a 32p.

Amaretta is only $23/yard, but you have to buy at least a yard of each color.

Once again, I'm just starting out but, I'm pretty sure it can be purchaced by the 1/8th of a yard which is 4.5 inches. I guess it just depends on where you get it.

Actually you can't get it by 1/8th a yard. Amaretta is very rare, so that's why they sell it by the yard only, and unfortunately.

edit Just as an interesting note...There was just a plane that crashed near my house....They havn't found it yet but, I'll have the 'story' whenever we find out more.
