Uhh.. I'm semi blown away. I'm not sexist; I've just always thought shreditas wouldn't be able to develop the leg strength to pull some of this off. Tina is very impressive. PROPS PROPS PROPS on the shred. Great video.

The editing in the first vid mad me nauseous. I am also dipping for the first time today, so that may have something to do with it. Tina is amazing. So both sided, so controlled. So SICK!

Great video, Tina rocks :D She has solid foundation and a good-looking, controlled style. I want to try Spinning Pdx Whirl > Gyro Whirl (rpt) now :) I really liked the editing, the backgrounds and angles looked very good, the music was dynamic and went well with the crazy shred. Thanks for making the vid Flavio!

Madness. A lady Vasek, raising the bar. Her datws are so easy that I was shocked not to see a triple. Symp whirls, big atomic and stepping moves, drifters, my goodness. How old is Tina?

Great vid, thanks.

Really good! <---Way better than that!!!!

Tina, you are good enough now that you earn a few drops of knowledge. These drops of knowledge can produce fields of skill:

1. Do the splits every day. It will only hurt for the first week or LESS. Don't injure yourself. Take deeps breaths and imagine directing the energy you receive, from the air, through your lungs, to wherever you want. This is a form of healing and strengthening. Don't just become flexible, become strong.

2. Watch videos of Lon Smith.

3. Watch videos of Lon Smith!! Learn this lesson: If you practice doing things with the least amount of energy possible to achieve perfect results you will in fact be practicing the art of controlling your energy output. You must combine this with doing the least amount of jerky movement while executing full arcs around your center.

4. Get enough sleep.

(5. The secret technique: dance)

There you go, the only reason I know these lessons is because I am trying to learn them so don't think that I am preaching to you, it is yours to accept or to forget. I hope we all learn these lessons. Even Lon Smith lol.

5. PLAY 4 SQUARE... whats the point of shredding so well if you aren't using your advanced shred skills to juke kids out of their $$$!

Peace,
-Samurai

She's not even close to tatw yet, is my guess. She has to set her datw pretty high. Symp whirl as a highlight? What about ps, apline blurry whirl, stepping whirling swirl?

He also said big atomic and stepping moves? What are you trying to get at? Maybe he did'nt want to spoil it too much.. And if you really wanna pick at him then drifters are easier than symp whirls..

If you see her legs you can see she is getting massive legstrenght. And I know atleast one shredder who isn't as good as her who already has hit TATW.

Thanks for the vid again.

King Monkey wrote:Thanks heaps for the new footage Flavio! Tina is playing some amazing footbag, great stuff. Drifters are a great addition, hadnt seen many variants of them from Tina before. Also great to see almost no guilts now! Exciting!
Some phat tricks in there too

Did you do any kind of colour correction on the video to bring the colours out? They seemed nice a vibrant.
The location brought back fond memories :D :D
sorry it took so long.

I'm glad you like it. And yes, I did some kind of colour correction on the video to bring out the colours.

By the way, I really hope there's gonna be a Footjam again, somewhen..

Absolutely fabulous !!! This Video is just tooo cool ...the shred and the filming / editing ...Wolhuse Vid's are always great ..actually my first footbag vid ever was from the Wolhusen Crew and it was because of them I really started to play footbag because I wanted to pull off an Osis just as easy as they did on that Vid :D

10 of 10 points for this masterpiece - keep em coming ;)

Great video. I was blown away by Tina's skill. Her style is so much like many of the really good players out there. The music and colors and scenery in this video were incredible and definitely helped keep me glued to it. With Tina's skills I could probably watch raw practice footage and not get bored. But her shred highlights with this scenery and music and everything was just a wonderful scensory overload.

Thank you for sharing this video.

Peace.

I saw that vid, downloaded it, converted it, and put it right on my iPod. It's now one of the first vids I show people to show them footbag, especially ladies.

Killer stuff.
