i finally figured out barefoot, i never understood how to clipper but it finally clicked. it made my feet hurt a little bit though.
You just don't know when to stop do you? egads. Loved your video BTW. I'm insanely jealous of how good you've gotten. Props on fog BS and spinning DLO, those are a couple of dream moves for me.
Cool that you figured out barefoot clips. There are a couple guys in my town who only shred barefoot. I could never do it, but definitely cool stuff.
Keep up the great stuff. I hope you're going to worlds this year. Put together a routine and a shred 30, you definitely have a shot at winning intermediates.
played again today, the weather has been so nice lately. someday soon, probably next week sometime, im going to go to the tennis courts to play. the session wasnt amazing but it wasnt bad either, kind of nuetral.
far symple swirl bs
things have been pretty hectic lately but luckily ive been able to play 4 times this week. this weekend coming up im doing 20 hours of community service required by my school to become a senior. its my fault of course, for leaving it until the last minute, but its still going to suck. ive been working a lot too, and when im not doing any of those things im with my girlfriend. were going to a concert in about 2 hours so thatll be fun.
First time back at the NACC(northampton area community college, for future reference) tennis courts. This is by far my favorite place to play, so much open space, tree line in the back, some sports fields on the other side, and its usually always sunny with a nice breeze. Today I had the breeze but it was a little cloudy, but it was still awesome.
This is also my first regular shred in a while. The past month I've either been sick or injured. Last week I rolled my ankle on a barfly and that wasn't fun. Now I'm pretty much back to normal. Although the game has suffered a bit I managed to get some ok stuff.
swifter
run with barfly and paradon both bsos
blurry whirl>blur>legbeater rpt first try(request)
A few people walked by while I was kicking and one dude stopped and sat on a rock to watch for a bit.
Went and rented my prom tuxedo yesterday. 148 friggen dollars, there goes my tax return haha. But damn will I look snazzy.
should have gone to the Men's Wearhouse. Its like $65 there or something like that.

So I've been drilling a lot to get myself back to where I was before the severe downward spiral in my amount of playing time. Once I do that I'm going to keep at it to get completely solid. There are a lot of things that I have in the back of my mind that I know need work so that will be helped greatly.
Mostly just drilled today but I fooled around at the end.
After watching your latest video I somehow remembered this post and was able to search for it on footbag.org and find it:
On the footbag.org forums on 2/13/06 The Toolman wrote:it all started 2 weeks ago wen I was at work with Dave Calvins(we work at a supermarket together). We were on break just talkin about stuff, when he wipped out a homemade footbag(which, at the time, I thought was just a hacky sack). Then I asked the fateful question, "Are you any good at that?" Nothing could hav prepared me for the amazing spectacle that came next. I had never seen such magical footwork. He hooked me up with a mr. sandbag. Since then I've been hooked. I can do some tricks. Stalls, ATWs, Mirage, Legover, and I am currently working on clippers.I just can't put it down.
Then I looked at your footbag.org profile and had a good laugh:
in his footbag.org profile last updated 2/3/06 Mike wrote:Well I'm Mike. I'm new to this whole thing. I was just introduced to the wide world of footbag by none other than Dave Clavins himself, whom I have known for some time but had know idea about his "secret life." I got my first footbag two days later from Dave also. Luckily I live really close to him so hes teaching me. I've been working on my kicks and basic tricks like toe and inside stalls, ATW's, and he showed me how to do a mirage and a legover and I can almost get both of them. So thats pretty much my footbag experience so far.
Oh how far you've come in just 16 months. Lovin' your new sig BTW
