is this fabric ok to make footbags?

It's impossible to tell without actually feeling the fabric.

If you're just starting out stitching, cut up an old t-shirt and make a bag out of that.

If not... get facile (or amaretta)

If you're just starting out stitching, cut up an old t-shirt and make a bag out of that.

If not... get facile (or amaretta)
or if you are making four pannel hacks, crushed panne is good too, pretty cheap as well, i've never tried anything more than an 8 pannel with crushed panne though...

Ok dude, I bought the suede Joann's sells... Compared to Ultrasuede it is crap. Dont waste your money. It may feel alright as one large piece but once u stitch it and try to break it in the fabric is stiff and the bag will NEVER BREAK IN. Its like paying with a rock .

The biggest problem with it is that the back is not suede material as well. Its like a woven type pattern which means that its not going to really break in. I tried a lot of stuff to break it in but it never got soft enough.

washing it with shaving cream on a 12 panel bag. basically nothing works too well.

well kids, i think we've all learned a lesson here. if your wanting to buy something, but your unsure about its quality, and you plan on asking modified about it, ask modified before you buy and wait for a few good answers.
