How much do you shred????

I looked for a similare poll to this one but couldnt find one. For the last two year (my first two) i would only have about one session a week at OSU for 1-4 hours. but this summer ive been practicing on my lonsome for 1-2 hours 3-4 days a week, and traveling to OSU for sessions. its been making all the difference.

Just wondering the extrent of the franatics out there, or if people are crazy good with minimal effort....

I used to play 2 hours a day, period. But lately I haven't had the energy with work and all. But I'm going to start schooling again hardcore, really soon.

I do it a lot, even though I'm not too good, but I can do most two add tricks. But, If I were payed 1 cent an hour, I would make 24 cents a day!!

I try and shred solo for 1.5-2 hrs a day. I'm not too good, but for only shreding since April, I think I have improved alot. I think that schooling moves solo, and meeting for sessions once or twice a week helps alot.

I usually shred for about 5 hours a week, but we're coming into comp season, so I'm gonna hafta increase that, to work on my endurance for 1.30min or 2min routienes.

i shred from 4-6 hours a day. i get home from work at about midnight and shred in my basement till about 4 in the morning. when i don't work i play on and off all day.

gisonian- im guessing that U.Tulsa is in Tulsa right?

I go to OHIO state U. but thanks for asking. maybe if OSU plays OSU in the Nat'l football championships we can shred, we're rated 1&2... who knows?

I voted 2-5 hours a week.

CIC usually gets together every Thursday and Sunday. Each session averages about 2.5 hours. I never play alone, so I never practice/drill. I know I should...but I don't, its not fun.

I do this for fun.

out of all the time im awake i shred about 75% of that time. i would love to be payed by the hour just to shred, that would be sweet.

i put 10-20 hours in a week, but thats just cuz I have no job and tons of videos here on the internet to keep me stoked.

you=spoiled. i got no one in my area that shreds...Im tryin to find ways to change that IE start my own freestyle class...or something, dont matter too much tho, seein as how ill be leavin for LA santa monica for college soon.

Man, I used to pride myself on saying that I shredded for 4 hours a DAY, but that was over a year ago, but when school starts, I'll be playing for at least an hour a day (praying), bear minimum, not including Saturday sessions.

And getting the guys at OSU to kick is like pulling teeth. But i get your point. I think you need good shred biddies and schoolin time to improve. but the people that i know that are amazing kick most their time alone. you should be able to make up for it in LA.

I usually shred for at least 3 hours on saturday, and have 1 hour or so shred sessions at bum's house a couple days a week.. I haven't had that privilege lately though... I've been working too hard and not had any energy to shred... not even a no fear could bring my energy up... it sucks man!

but hell, now that I'm off of work, I think I can shred a bit more now... and I got some new shoes to try out... (CT 300's mother fuckeR!)

And bum, in this case, it's bare, not bear.
