heres a shred from yesterday, i finally made a new video that i am somewhat confident in. there are some moves and runs that i wish i had included that i will incorporate into my next video. sorry the scenery is boring. I put the whole thing in slowmo so it wouldnt be such a fast movie and so you can see my technique (not that its amazing or anything). But here is the first movie of the new spring season:

enjoy.

Cool music. Shred is much improved. Ducking and diving is sick. good things to skool!

Your ducking looks very good!

Things to work on:

Do your flipside Clipper more in front of you, turn your hips more and have more downtime on the catch (your strong looks fine).

Fix your right toe sets; Try to see your foot coming up on the inside of your knee rather than the outside. Will totally help in the long run.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks yea i have heard this one before, the reason i ever started doing that was because the bag would always hit my knee when i set it straight up. its really hard to change that habbit, i wish i could though because there are moves that are taking the shitty end of the stick from sets like that.

Yeah, I had the same problem.

I think for now you should take a break from Toe Ducking, you're just reiterating a bad habit; instead, learn to do dexless toe sets by swinging your foot outward rather than straight up.

Your ducking is really good, but I'd like to see some of your other components. Apparently you can do drifters, pixies, stepping, etc.

Also, the whole video being slow moed was kind of annoying.

Yes, it looks like you've improved a lot since your last video!

but slo mo is useful for stuff like triple/quadruple dexes, or when it is a slower part of a song. It is very unentertaining for runs that are mostly ducking and tiltless.
