I'm glad that you made and posted this video. It is hard to respond to. I sometimes tell myself I am going to quit this game. I did for about 6 years because I was worried it would negatively affect my knees. Then I got back into it a few years back because I love it, despite signs of wear in my right knee.

I don't lnow what to say other than that I am glad you posted this because people need to know. It is a very good reminder for us older kickers and it is very useful for newer ones.

I am saddened that this had to happen to you. Your message was well received.

Thanks.

I can relate. I always said that I had three tricks that I wanted to hit before my footbag career was over and then I'd at least be able to leave satisifed. Luckily I hit those three and more, but it's still sad when it's over.

Thanks for all your comments.
what exactly happened there?
I had arthroscopy and it turned out that my lateral meniscus is broken so they(doctors) had to cut out part of it. I also have wasted articular cartilage.
you can still walk...right?
Yes, luckily I can, but it hurts.

that player hitting nemesis wasn't you, right? who was that?

thank you very much for making this. I'm sorry your game is over. I hope you'll keep enjoying the sport. Take up stitching and you can still become a super big name in the community!

Your video was really moving.
I showed my girlfriend and she said it was the saddest thing she'd ever seen. My eyes watered every time I watched it. I was out of footbag kind of off-and-on for about two years due to bad knees. At first I had trouble walking and it was pretty bad (though they're still bad and feel raw and sensitive almost all the time (except when I wear braces)).

It was really inspiring for me too.
I really want to make a video like this when footbag is taken from me too. It's probably the saddest thing, but the happy and satisfying memories will always be with you. Once a footbagger, always a footbagger :)

My friend, Hubert Godlewski, Godi.
I'm sorry your game is over.
It isn`t over. I just close my eyes and I`m playing again :D

I wish that sentence wasn`t true, maybe if I could forget about footbag it would be easier.

Looks like you NEARLY kneed yourself in the face doing that smoke. Scary.

What was your dream move? Barfly?

Sad to see you go, but it didn't look like you were playing that long. :(

I have bad shin splints now, maybe a stress fracture and I'm super sad because I haven't been able to play for like 3 days! I kinda feel your pain.

It wasn`t smoke. It was pixie dada curve. My dream move was nemesis. I injured my knee after one year and one day of playing.
