well, had a session with josh rose today. about 4.5 hours of a 2 man shred. pretty tiring.
my ankles were bothering me, so i played lightly through the whole thing, but still managed some good things.

do you think you could add a legover to the end of the sailing ss mirage? im not really in the position to challenge you, but its a slick move and i think you could do it
i watched your tripod video! it was totally rad... and even if you didnt have weird locations in your video you should be first. your skills make up for video creativity.
im making a bag right now that i think youd like. be expecting a footbag within a month. ill post a pic of it when it done. its summer time and im sure you could use another bag.

shredded today for an hour or so.
Just mostly drilling and stuff, worked on slowing down when i do shuffle with lots of stepping, and really concentrating on stalling the bag. If i concentrate on holding on to the bag for a split second, then i do so much better.
some highlights i had

ducking gyro mirage
shredded today for an hour or so.
Just mostly drilling and stuff, worked on slowing down when i do shuffle with lots of stepping, and really concentrating on stalling the bag. If i concentrate on holding on to the bag for a split second, then i do so much better.
