it make me think: but what if people from all different religions who thought thinl they believe in a different God or Gods than other religions are actually just seeing (or being priveledged to see) different sides of the same God? If one can conceptualize God as an all knowing, all powerful, all-providing, multi-faceted being, it is reasonable to believe that each religious follower of a separate sect/religion is being shown a side of God that most appeals to them.And you're right, science cannot disprove such an existence, but which God is the true one, because there have been literally millions of Gods that people have believed in over the history of humanity, and most religions hold that their gods are the only ones that are true. Christianity claims that it's God is the only god that exists and Jainism claims the same thing. Both these beliefs cannot be correct, only one can be, and the rest are false.

why does there have to be only one answer? why cant heaven be a place run by no "gods" that allows people who did good in their lives to have an eternity of peace after they die? why care about what other peoples gods are... if you do more good than harm in life, then you go to heaven... why do people have to be damned to hell just because of their religion?

I'm sorry but that's ludicrous. What evidence do you have that heaven exists at all? Sure, we can come up with as many different answers as we want, and as many different theories as we want, but just because something sounds like a good idea, it doesn't mean that it's true. Truth isn't what people believe it to be, it's what actually is.
There is no evidence to believe that heaven exists, and no evidence to believe that people go anywhere after they die. In fact, due to science, dualism is pretty much dead. There is no separation between mind and body, our consciousness is a product of the physical structure of our brains and when you damage that physical structure, you damage the consciousness. When we die our brains stop working, and that means our consciousness dies. It doesn't go anywhere, it just stops working. That's what the scientific evidence suggests, you're entitled to come up with whatever wacky theory counter to this, but if you can't provide evidence that it's true, if all you can do is speculate as to how you'd like the world to be, I'll keep believing the evidence.
