Post by apoplectic »

ok,the title really says it all.ive made a couple of 4, 8, and 14 panel bags that i have been relatively pleased with.right now i think i am ready to make a 32.i have allready checked out the 32 panel calculater thingy and i was wondering is there any tips on making a 32 panel that i should know about?also, what percent of the long side should the short side be for efficiency,or will any do?btw this is my first post to whom it may concern :D .thats all i can think of right now.

i don't know if this is what you're looking for but here's a tutorial that really helped me when i started stitchinghttp://kingstonfootbag.com/32tutorial.php. There's also a LOT of information in the sticky above about stitching, templates and sewing tips like the blind stitch and what not.

hope this helps.

Peace.

Try using short sides at about 35-40 percent of the long side.

The absolute most important thing in making a pretty 32 is consistency. Just set the parameters on the first edge then do it 59 more times.

Parameters, as in, depth of stitching, hole placement, number of holes, thread used, etc. You set these at the very start then keep them constant!
