I need to work on getting my flip twirl deeper.

Hey man, always great to see you come up for air and let us know you're still playing some footbag. You should go to the Kansas tournament on 6/2, heck maybe get a 2nd state championship under your belt. I told Matt he's the favorite to win, but that's assuming you're not going

BTW I had a pretty sweet session last night, I'll post about it later today. I've got a new video in the works, hopefully finished by the end of the month.

Wow, I have played alot of footbag since my last post! My brother got a new house with wooden floors and tons of space if you know what I mean

IM still hittin same ol same ol only Ive tweaked my variety a bit. IM still wearin thte same ol shoes with a gaping hole on the sole which maked it harder to clipper. I just cant afford shoes right now. My hip is holding up better during sessions, but it sure does ache after a hard session

Ive also noticed that coffman is representein in the hood! He is a strait up shredder! I hope the monhollons are keeping up on their game!
