But yeah, energy drinks are terrible for you. I believe one of the RCS guys said he got an irregular heartbeat from drinking too much Rockstar.

People kind of use them as a crutch. Plus all that sugar and chemicals. I'll drink one every once in a while but they can't be good for you.

i picked rockstar because for some reason they sell them for only 5 cents (!) at the local gas station, it like...holy crap. amazing. i buy them out every week when they re-stock.

they are pretty acidic and whatever, but i dunno. if you space them out right its perfect. i just drink like 4-5 of the black tops, a fatty or two and im set.
i like MDX (the mountain dew energy soda) as well

I get it at a discount price at work, and a full throttle accompanied by some twix gets me hyped up when I'm tired at work.

I like Redbull. I use to drink Rockstar's, but I like the taste of Redbull now.

And more importanly, they come in the small cans, so I don't cramp up when I drink one and then go excercize. You have to get like a gallon if you're buying Rockstar's.

Has anyone tried those "5 Hour Energy" things I keep hearing about? Supposedly, from the ad's, they're just as good as an energy drink, but are more natural and with no comedown/crash.

Dont buy it.

Red Bull is my fav but its expensive, so i buy one called 'Wild', which tastes aaaalmost exactly the same as Red Bull but is $1 cheaper and you get 100ml more per bottle. Crank them at work on a Friday night, turns me into SUPER-BARBACK!

When i lived in the UK for 4 months in '05, they had this stuff called 'Kick'. Taste very very similar to Red Bull, but came in 1 litre bottles

Deadly with some cheap-arse Vodka bought at the same store

no fear gold and rockstar juiced taste the best. spike keeps me going for hours and hours, i think its getting ready to be banned though for sending kids to the hospital with heart palpitations.

EDIT: those 5 hour energy things tast like shit mixed with acid, or atleast what i imagine shit and acid mised together would taste like, and i dont remember any energy boost from them, but it was a year ago that i had it.
