I need to do what you did with steps, but in my case not do spins and ducks.

I'll try to be inspired by that technique !

guess what I hit today reile, blury superfly (or torch r rack)

I had a really active day today. My body is really sore but it was a good day.

I woke up at about 8 o'clock and cleaned my room, like I do every morning. Got on modified and looked at some stuff. Then I went running. Probably ran a little over a mile. Im not really sure what the distance is but its 4 laps around my apartment complex.

After that I came inside and cleaned up the rest of the house and did the dishes. Then I made pancakes and woke up my roomates so that we could all eat breakfast.

After breakfast I changed and then went golfing with one of my roomates. It was my first time of the season and I thought I was going to play terrible but I played a lot better than I thoght.

After golf I got some lunch and then went and played footbag. Played outside becuase it was so nice out today.

symp swirl > far symp swirl > rpt
mobius, blurrier, and bedwetter all in the same run.
superfly again
torch r rack
pdx torque bs
tomahawk bsos
droped on the last link in rubberman from every contact on both sides

I just felt really solid today, my stepping sets where amazing. I felt so smooth, I hope I continue to play like this.

Grilled cheese is so good. I have had it like 3 days in a row for lunch.

Played footbag solo outside of my moms house today for about 3 hours.

Once again I was feeling really smooth, which is a good thing. I just feel like my delays are better and my sets are better on everything.

flip spinning pdx mirage
flip gyro mirage
alpine atomsmasher bs
alpine legbeater bs
alipine tap (footed flip)
superfly again
scorpions tail :!:

About halfway through the session there was this goose that was in the lake and just kept freaking out. It was making all kinda of noises and then would fly around then land back in the water.

I also talked with the guy who is painting the house. He was watching me play footbag and then he came over and talked to me about it for a while. I gave him the whole hacky sack is a brand thing. He was really into yo-yoing. He was telling me about all kinda of stories from tournaments he had gone too. It was pretty cool.

Now to goto work.

Speaking of the footbag story you tell to people: I remember you busting into it @ Millennium Park. It was great when all of a sudden I heard 'Kleenex'.

Been really busy at work. But it has paid off in more than just money. It has paid a lot in money as well.

I havent been kicking too much. My roomates and I bought guitar hero and the hockey playoffs are on.

The other night at work, I was behind the bar. We where closing in an hour and we where starting to clean up. This group of people show up at the bar. There is this one girl who asks me to turn on the hockey game. I tell her that the Red Wings game is already over. She responds with "No, I wanted to watch the senators vs. devils game.

So already I think this girl is awesome becasue she loves hockey, And she was really hot. For an hour she sat at the bar and talked to me and didnt go and hang out with all the people she showed up with.

At the end of the night I got her number. That was pretty cool. Really hot girl who likes hockey was interested in me. GO ME

Hot Dog!! Especially dig the symp swirl>far symp swirl>rpt.

Props on getting that girls number

Grilled Cheese is incredible

Cheese is pretty much superior to all other forms of dairy. with exception to whole milk.

Hope all is well on your side of the country. keep it up

Another busy weekend at work. Made good money again, but didnt get another number.

Some shred this week. No real highlights or at least nothing I can remember.

I almost got in a fight with the guy who my ex- cheated on me with. I was ready to beat the hell out of this kid. Thankfully my freinds didnt let me even get close him.

What would I have done it for? Yeah, it probably would have made me feel better for a little bit. But I would have gotten in a fight over a girl who honestly is no longer worth my time.

She said that she wanted to stay freinds if we couldnt get back together. Well she never talks to me anymore. She doesnt even give me the time of day anymore. I guess im better off without her.

I was doing really good with the whole break up thing until I saw this kid, it just brought it all back.

Its amazing how a good session can get your mind of a cheating ex-girlfreind

I had my first yoga class this morning. It was so relaxing but it wasnt easy. Im really excited to start doing this twice a week and probably even more than that. Plus there are some really hot girls!!

Good session yesterday where I worked on illusions for a while. Was able to manage flail and pdx flail on both sides. I also hit backside blizzard which is a super fun move.

some other new stuff

blurry whirling rake
diving drifter
diving whirl bsos

yes holly, I am going to worlds.

Played on thursday and I played really well.

Soloed for about 2 hours, then my freind drew came over and we kicked a little while longer then went fishing.

stepping diving whirl
pdx miraging flail (I think this move is awesome)

hit some really long strings. I need to kick with someone who can value footbag and can push me harder.

My freind took me to the Red Wings game last night. It was a good game and the Wings won.

Played some roller hockey the other day. I didnt have my shirt on and I fell.

I only have 1 nipple now. 1 got shaved off from the fall.

There was a big session in ann arbor on Tuesday. Lisa from lansing, Hollis from flint, Greg from a2, Kyle from waterford, and myself.

A 5 person circle is a big circle for a Michigan crew.

I played for almost 4 hours and the last 2 days I have been barely able to walk. I played alright. Some of my normal shit was giving me some problems. But I havent been playing much becuase if being so sick. I still have a bad cough from it.

I got a wicked blister on my heel from my rollerblades thats gonna keep me from playing for a few more days.

I need to meet some ladies.
