Asthma

Well i have asthma and when I play my asthma usually kicks in. so i have a inhaler and I take singular, that helps alot but I was wondering if anybody also has asthma and what helps theme or if you have any suggestions please just let me know.

i sorta have it, but it only gets me when its real cold and dry outside, i havent had to use an inhaler but once this year.

I don't have asthma....but I still get really winded, especially when its hot. I think I sometimes hold my breath unconsciously. You might wanna watch out for that.
