Toe Stalls should not be any problem for anyone wearing Lavers. If you can't do more than 100, stop what you're doing and do 100 toe stalls! You have your orders, engage.

I used to do 200 every days when I was first learning (in Tevas, before I got my Lavers.) Now I always do 50 alternating toe delays and 20 alternating inside delays to warm up before a session.

just thought i'd say that cuz i know you all want to be like me
i like to kick the little footbag thing around and move my legs around it and stuff
