where do I get good/cheap soft sole inlays? maybe its only missing warmup but yesterday again it felt quite painfully for my right knee after some time (and still does)...

once !!! I know i sound like a dick, but dont you all have phones ?
It would be nice to see posts with definitive session schedules, if there
have to be such posts at all

Everytime i see a new entry here i look forward to read something about foot
bag, but all there is are new "where do we shred posts" .
Its cool that you dont spend as much time here as i do, but sharing results
and general thoughts is a good thing. Plus there is a historical aspect and
even relevant info for players at our level ( newb 2 strong guiltless ) .

Dont be lazy, and dont you be shy either, at least i would like to know
more about everybodys game, especially in times where i cant join the fun.

Excuse the pedantry please and thanks for reading .

My english isn't so good but it works
Yesterday i have a shred session with max
I would talk about him, but i don't know the names of the tricks, which he did (too much for a newbie like me^^) So i tell you something about myself

The clipper still not work and that makes me a bit down but i try it 5 days a week^^
Now something about my success: The mirage works much better than the last time. In the next week i will have it good. The illusions work better too. Really great. And the last: My new record with legover is 8 now(not 102 like max^^)

I hope this is enough for you

Andi summed up our session pretty good... I didn't do any long runs, I seem to don't have the energy these days

According to Andi I did Cipper > Clipper 81 times (and btw. my Legover record is 112

)

Daryl I also love to read about what everyone hit, but I'm just not so enthusiastic about Footbag these days to write in here...

das Sportamt der Landeshauptstadt MÃ¼nchen veranstaltet vom 8.-10. Juni 2007 ein FuÃŸballturnier auf dem Odeonsplatz. BÃ¼hne und eine FreiflÃ¤che sind vorhanden, am Abend spielt eine Liveband. Viele Kinder, Jugendliche und MÃ¼nchner Laufpublikum werden erwartet.
Es wÃ¤re schÃ¶n, wenn wir den Munich Footbag e.V: gewinnen kÃ¶nnten, unser geplantes Rahmenprogramm recht attraktiv zu gestalten und 1-2 mal am Tag eine kleine VorfÃ¼hrung bzw.anschlieÃŸende Mitmachaktion fÃ¼r Interessierte anzubieten. Vorstellbar ist quasi alles: von einer eigenen "Show" auf der BÃ¼hne bzw. der spielfreien Zeit auf dem Court (Socca Five Court 15x30 Meter) oder auf der FreiflÃ¤che vor der BÃ¼hne immer wieder eine Aktion eurerseits zu zeigen und zum Mitmachen anzuregen.
Also Ã¤hnliches Programm wie zur Langen Nacht des Sports letztes Jahr (wenn es diese Jahr schon keine gibt). AuÃŸerdem hoffentlich eine gute Werbung fÃ¼r euren Sport.

Hey liebe Leute, ich komm am 12.Juni nach MÃ¼nchen um aufs PearlJam Konzert zu gehen. WÃ¤r total toll, wenn ich an dem tag (dienstag) bei irgendwem pennen kÃ¶nnte. vielleicht lÃ¤sst sich ja am mittwoch noch nen shred organisieren.

ich schreib ausnahmsweise mal auf deutsch

ich wollt euh nur mit freuden erzÃ¤hlen dass ich's endlich geschafft habe, den clipper zu stehen. Zwar nur aus der Hand, bzw. aus dem toe delay aber wenigstens schon mal etwas. Leider habe ich jetz Schwierigkeiten, vom clipper in den clipper zu spielen

hey andy. coole sache! wenn man n trick zum ersten mal steht ist's danach ja echt nur noch n bissel Ã¼bungssache! beim ersten mal machts *klick* und man hats kapiert. footbag kopfsache.

danach muss nur der kÃ¶rper schnell und genau genug arbeiten. hehe. weiter so!

mal wieder SHRED??!? heute wollt ich wohl mal spiderman3 auschecken (noch jemand bock?), aber MITTWOCH zum beispiel?
