It's been a couple of days my left leg feels weird, couldn't lift my leg at all.

I wanted to play anyways, played for one hour, by the time it didn't hurt to lift my left leg anymore I had to stop playing because it was raining.

flip drifter, torques, and flip pixie where all really hard because of this, but still managed some ok runs, nothing too long or spectacular.

I'm not working for the next 2 days but weather looks to be shitty.

Maybe I'll go back in Africa after all, I'm supposed to meet the director of the university where I used to work this week since he's in Montreal, he has an offer for me apparently. I'm really curious about it.

Time will tell...

I've been eating a lot of vegetables lately, lost another 5 pounds in the last week.

Bought a speed bike, I'm going way faster then before, and it's easy. Don't need to pedal as much for great and faster speed. Instead of doing 20km/h I'm now around 30'ish km/h. and that's because a lot of street circulation. If it wasn't for red lights I would be steady 35km, and could probably reach 40 on a long run, wich is pretty good.

Footbagwise this bike leaves me some more energy once I've done my ride to get to the shred spot.
Today I felt my legs more then ever. Start of the session I felt a lot of control.

Hit some stuff:
Phoenix>mullet
vortex>gyro dlo>run
vortex>ripwalk>run
mobius midstring

hit some good runs, forgot what, but I remember some combos I was happy about, and I've hit pdx drifter bsos so many times , it's becoming easier then ever.

played well today but cut session short because I didn't feel too good.. as if I was about to throw up. Also felt sleepy while returning home by bike..

hit more stuff that made me proud:
pixie ducking clip>ducking pdx mirage>rpt
mobius midstring (first try)
almost 3 consec torques
gyro dlo>phoenix
almost sealed void but dropped the osis :(

forgot the rest.. I'll go sleep now.

had a long solo sess today, about 4 hours.
Finally hit gyro dlo bsos
pdx drifter>rev swirl>run
pdx drifter>osis>rpt
toe drifter>drifter>pdx mirage>rpt (been trying this for a few weeks)
mobius is getting easier and easier

then I wanted to hit some of my combos,
got pixie ducking clip>ducking pdx mirage>rpt again .. and then hit the same drill with pheonix instead of pixie ducking clip

Tried my routine for the first time, I already knew what kind of moves and when to do them, first attempt was 6 drops, I think the rythym is pretty good, the song is really fast so I need to work on those drops and memorise all the tricks. I think it will be good.

other then that I had many good runs, don't recall anything specific.

The last two days played too little, but so good.
Especially on saturday, the 30-40 mins I was shredding was hot, everything was working perfectly.

Today I played for longer, about 3 or 4 hours, played pretty good,

I hit void on command, twice :D
footed pdx drifter>drifter>rpt

I have no other highlights, but I felt like I was playing the best ever in the last two days, I'm really happy about my progress in the past year, I need to keep the motivation to improve now.

Hey Mathieu,

good to see that you are improving. I wish i've could improve like this, but it seems that i have some difficulties to get into footabg since a few months.

Well, i finally got my passeport today, so my trip to Montreal is soon.

So, FOOTBAG AT TAM-TAM. YEAH.

See ya.

Cool augustin! Bien hate de te revoir!

TOdays session was going nowhere, wouldnt hit anything, then decided to hit a flip torque.. well I hit it, and after hitting it for the first time and yelling in satisfaction, i did it again, midstring

for fun i tried flip pdx torque.. damn this will be hard.. also flip mobius, seems quite in reach, but i need to school flip torque first.

almost got killed by a car today while going back home.
This girl burned a red light, I had to break so fast I fell down and her front wheel was 20 cm from squishing my head.

Life is grand...

So it's been a week without shred since my bike accident.
My arm feels better now, today will be my comeback. I have not played much in the past weeks either, and now I will come back in force, 4-5 shred sessions a week.

This saturday evening and sunday all day will be massive shred for me especially.

had a small sess today, and a regular sess yesterday
yesterday was all about working every trick since I sucked a lot

Today wasn't so bad, I hit a new trick : Fairy zigzag, and I'm pretty confident it was clean.
also a cool combo: pdx drifter>ps whirl

But after 30 mins of shred, some god damn soccer players where everywhere on place des arts and I couldn't shred for shit because their damn soccer balls kept being thrown everywhere.

I was so frustrated I left instead of being pissed even more, now I'm at work 1 hour early.. great..

3 man sess today, no big strings, but torque bsos on 2 occasions, some close calls on flip mobius, but that's just burning a level, but it's fun to try.

flip pdx dlo a few times, I'll need to get working on this once I feel confortable enough with both pdx drifters.

started trying atomic more often, tap bsos at best so far :D, legbeater getting more constent on strong side

tomorrow I'll play all day.

great session today, some tricks wherent there, toe tricks where incredibly bad, so I stopped doing them for the day :D
Filmed a video, its in the video section.
What you don't see that was hot from today:
flip atomics where doing better, hit tapdown many times.
very close to legbeater>pdx whirl>torque (flip torque)
I hit void easily and deep
a run with terrage, barrage, barfly, reaper, datw
symp whirl x3 (new record, but I can surely do better)

edit: forgot a cool combo: muted fairy clip>pdx drifter (feels really cool)

great sess today, mostly solo.
all my big moves where hit, void, wind, mullet...
actually never hit wind so many times in a sess.. now i can try it midstring

still 1 contact shy of pdx drifter>drifter>rpt

I dont recall any combos but I feel I had some good shred out of the 4 hours i played.

I met an awesome girl working at the montreal jazz fest after shred and ate with her as well, hope things work out with this one :D
