Easter holidays has began! The weather today was nice, so I went outdoor and shred ...simple

I broke my record of pdx whirls and completed two challenges.

Next day off = shred. I played for two hours with Ners.

Today I played outdoor with Radek and Wojtas. I liked the sun shining <3

I surprised myself hitting new stuff with completely new for me fairy set. In 5 minutes I hit 7 new tricks (all both sides).

I'm really pleased for that. However first fairy tricks after almost 2 years...

Pretty much I have played footbag recently, but I left my blog. That's because I didn't know about what should I write, or I was simply ..lazy

.
I love the feeling when I'm aware that I improve my game from session to session. That makes me feel really, really good. Then I see me in the future hitting my dream moves just for warm up. Yeah

And then with mind set like that I just want to shred. Any other sport or avtivity gives me more joy and satisfaction.

On thursday I made my first footbag video, which presents Wroclaw's crew in action. I was concentrate on variety of angles and places, not on the shred level as Olaf noticed. I'm glad that people liked it, so I'll make another vid soon. You can go to my topic in videos section ( http://modified.in/footbag/viewtopic.php?t=16210 ) and leave your opinion if you want. Maybe you can give me some tips which can improve my next productions.

Today I had a session in Worcella gym with Ners, Olaf, Artur and Wojtas-who had cut his dreadlocks

. It was a solid session, with drilling lots of basics.

I felt good hitting

Today I played with Wojtas on parking. I had a boombox with me, therefore it wasn't easy to end shred and go home. Unfortunately each session runs out.
I was schooling flip pixie (as always) doing some basic drills: plo>magellan>rpt, smear>pixie ss mirage>rpt etc. I felt nice doing gyro clipper x15 with straight and close to body set.
Then I did pretty good combo including
Spinning pdx whirl bsos, Blurry whirl bsos and Pdx torque
After that I hit blurry whirl x3

Four sessions behind me after my previous post. I can see improvement in my game. Not really great progress but I'm satisfied after each session (except having shin splints sometimes...).

Today there were 8 people at the gym! Usually there are sth like 4 or 5 ppl. We've got new shredita in our club. That's pretty rad! On sunday she hit her first atw (in-out) Both Sides. I hope she won't give up in her footbag career.

I'm sewing next 32 panel from red and green facile. It will go to Tomek Ostrowski. After that I will be sewing for Radek.

So now it's just the time for highlights:

I'm sure it is going to be huge shred in Gora! I wonder how good your game is now, after a few months we haven't played together. See you on sunday!

So I finished my second 32panel, which I'm not satisfied. It came out a little bit irregular, although it's usable. It will go to Radek if he will want it.
Here it is:

At school final marks are showing up slowly, which actually isn't nice. I'm proud of having 5 from english (in 1-6 scale). Polish and math are also important for me, I would like to get 4 from both. Ok sth like week of work at school and then I will be chilling out.

I will be learning some stuff to school, but it doesn't mean I will be sticked at home. On saturday our crew will be doing some demos in Wroclaw. I don't know any details yet. Then on sunday I'm going with Ners to GÃ³ra, visit BBrothers

It is going to be a shredfull weekend!

Jam in GÃ³ra went well, I'm pleased that I was there. As I said it was shredful weekend

. On Saturday we (I, Radek, Wojtas, Budzik) did three demos, mostly to the little children, which were very cheerful during our play.
Then I was tired, I took a shower and went with my friends to the Freestylezz Festival. I have seen freestyle (unfortunately not footbag) battle live for the first time . There were also a lot of beatbox, rap and breakdance.
On Sunday I woke up at 5.00 a.m. to be in time at the railway station. After we had arrived to GÃ³ra, we went at the tennis courts to shred. There were 6 people (me, Ners, Jajo, Bujo, Milo, Delo). When we got really tired, we went to Bujko brothers house to dine and watch some footbag videos. Then we went to the centre to shred again.
I don'y remember any huge combos from me. I have only hit my new 6 - spinning pdx blender. And pdx torque b2b.

Oh and I hit that drills:
- ducking clipper>vortex>rpt
- pixie osis>spinning osis>merkon>rpt

We recorded some stuff and Ners is going to make a new video! It will have some special humour, I guess.

Today I was playing 1.5 hour in Worcella gym. To warm up, I did something like 50 contacts of osis>far osis>rpt. Then I was shredding with Olaf and Budzik. Olaf was doing some crazy combos as always. He hit alpine matador

My highlight was combo with 4 mobius (2 per side). Then I trained some swirls. Although they're definitely one of my flaws, I did a few times drill: swirl>op clipper>rpt. I trained also drifters doing: drifter>pdx mirage>drifter>rpt.

I hate my camcorder! It does not accept firewire and the footage can be only imported by usb cabel. Video files are automatically compressed to mpeg format, and it is a problem to use them in adobe premiere pro. Eh never mind..

Oh yeah! Yesterday was one of the wildes day in this year for me

It is impossible to show in this post the atmosphere which was yesterday during the "Golf Street Part 1" in Strzelin.

Agata, Radek, Wojtas, Ners and me went there by a train with MichaÅ‚ Ostrowski. We met with the rest of folks at the town square to begin the golf contest. There were twelve players, so we made 2 groups. Six holes, situated in various places in Strzelin were very interesting for everyone. During this contest, it was really hot... ( that day in Poland was much warmer than in Italy or Spain...)

On 5 p.m. we went by cars to the village near Strzelin, to make golf finals, grill, shred and chill out. After a whole day heat, a cloud-burst happened

We thought that it was just a passing rain, but it was raining for 2 hours. Everybody were sitting under the roof and it was a small, dry place to play footbag. So Agata, our new shredita, was trying to hit mirage with a lot of advices from us. Many times she had it footed, really close to catch sometimes. Then, when it was raining harder, me, Bartek, and Radek, went shred out of the roof. It was even hailing, and I hit atw with a hailstone

That was crazy, and the weather was interesting, during the rainstorm, water from ground, we were playing on, was evaporating. That looked really great! What's more, Ners was recording our "wet shred", and I'm going to make a video of that. I and Bartek got soaked to the skin

Then I got changed, and it began to be really cold.

Finally we got into the cars and went back to Strzelin at the train station, where we were waiting 2 hours for a train to WrocÅ‚aw. At the station was warmer so we played freestyle with people from Strzelin. I don't know why, my lavers and shorts were soaked...

, and I had to play in casual clothes. I had a few good strings, one with pdx wirls and spinning pdx whirls bsos; another included diving clip>zulu clip>rpt>ducking clip>weaving clip>rpt>run>spinning clip>spinning osis>rpt. I hit also gyro whirl bsos.

We also recorded some funny scenes at the station, and it was generally fun there. I enjoyed that day very much and won't forget it for a long time. I'm waiting for the second part of golf street contest.

Damn I haven't played since friday. I got ill after a demo in school. I couldn't just stay straight by yesterday. Today I feel rather good, I'm getting better now. I don't know when I will be able to shred. Maybe on monday, when Norek is visiting us.
