Kool drill, thanks a lot Asmus ! Btw, i read about your first 6 in your
blog - huuuuuge props, that is one hell of an creative, hard move :!:

I've been playing a lot lately, fully enjoying the new born awareness for
details and clipper love . I seem to be more focused; while i play i need
to switch all thoughts off completely, during the short pauses of shredding
i reflect on my motions . Like that i have a lot more fun and longer runs
too. Stepping is cool and it will see a lot of practice in summer, along
with whirl, double downs and drifter .

Hah! the pic on the previous page is really nice!!

I'm glad to see that you're investing on the clippers, and that your efforts are "rewarded"

Nice combos, nice drills, nice blog!

Yeeees Mec ! Vienna gonna be in to da sane :D !

The last sessions been quite pleasing, some good runs and a coupla new trix.
Tapping drifter kinda just happend : i've worked on taps and drifters that day
, thought about combining those two, and second try, i hit it !
Tapping swirl was kool too, but i wasnt too happy hitting it, because i've been
trying it too much in privious session without being ready.
Today i smoked some before work ( = stupid) and i shredded a bit for
refreshment of my faculties . After 6 minutes, everything fell into place and
i had hit barfly 4 times each side :D

and there is a new combo : blur>atom>assasin

i think i understood how to fix my spins today...osis is coming along too,
i guess . at this point it would also be wise to thank Mathieu for his gyro tips -
thanks to you, gyro mirage is becoming one of my favorite moves :)

after a boring, strenous day at footlocker, i released some endorphins
playing hacky . i couldnt be stuffed to drill anything properly, so i did
a little bit of everything and some repeats. flip diving finally clicked, fixing
my flip hip position makes my bops a lot more efficient.
yeah, and i got mad love for spinning clip>osis>ducking clip at the moment.
paradons and whirl are kool. and swirls, god i love swirls :D :D :D

9 cons of diving clip>ducking clip, my previous pb was 4 !

(ducking clip)>ss butterfly swirl

hopefully i get toplay with my crew soon, i miss them .

Twas a good day . Succumbing to one of these semi psychic hunches, and
being in a low energy state, i happily decided to school drifters.

Since i'm afraid of my lavers diying on me before their time, i picked them
old g-units . At first i was a bit sceptical, if my technique was advanced enuff
to justify any type of g6 usage, since i believe those shoes make style
and form of players like me lazy and sloppy, thus i shunned them for a year
at least.
But they worked great, toestuff felt good in no time, and well,
the clipper surface is plain fuckin awesome.

I enjoy playing footbag more and more, getting the hang of the basic clipper
tricks and using them midstring feels so nice :D .

Random observations :

- i finally have some bails that i can use when there is need to think or rest
during a run - butter, ducking mirage/clipper, pdx mirage - of course i
have been using these for ages, but now i can do so without thinking

- fixing my flip hip movement is my greatest footbag achievement so far

Stuff that i worked on :

whirl>drifter bs ; paradon>drifter bs , clip set drifter bsos in nice string,
drifter>drifter

A dream move, hit in zentastic circumstances :

Thanks Mr. Kalwak :P ! Todays session was one of my favorites in quite
a while - everything felt solid, i've never hit so many paradons midrun ever,
long runs, new combos, more confidence, better control :D

i hit sumo again :) - yesterday, i hit it as a new move after the 2nd try
ever, today it took at least 40 attempts (dexes were getting better
with almost every try, but i fucked up the stall due to slow plants )

ps whirl - not new, but since i suck at cleaning them, it was nice to nail
a perfect one first try . i worked on mullet too, but that another story...

I was in France for all of lasts week, thus the lack of irrelevant information,
aka posting . The weather sucked, but being of red indian decent, i know
how to make the best out of situations, i guess . It was definitly cool to be
in a different reality, and i presume, that i finally learned how to relax,
so the trip was definitly worth it. I also spend a lot of time with my gf's
family, which was a good and a bad thing, but interesting and painfully funny
at times. Due to the wind and rain, i could do much sport, including footbag,
but taking a break was good for my legs, i should say.
# The last day we spent in Paris, meeting up with some of my shred buddies,
even Max, who lives in Brussels and Charles who studies in Nancy were
there aswell :P . Needless to say the city rocks hard, and the über-urban
flavor was a nice change to the somewhat dull atmospere of that german
infested campsite that i was at . My shred was pretty crappy that day,
but i didnt really care . Still, the whole insecurity thing whilst playing
with "strangers" is both annoying and embarassing, esp at my age ....

It was very nice to see everybody, and Max, you are a super nice host.
Thanks for everything mate .

Unfortunately i wasnt able to play much footbag this month, but i had a
fun restart on tuesday with Mosher . We didnt get to play much, 45 minutes
tops, but i was enuff to get me going off again .
Thanks for all the good times we had, especially the long chats and the
bus stop juggling session . I like how sharp and on point you are -
certainly not the most standard charateristics of the energetic, creative
whirlwind type :P ! Btw, we're all still waiting, how your interview turned out !

Today i had a perfect training sesson with Bea, who gave me a compeletly unexpected session-call .
After warming up, i revived the "easy run with trix that need work " concept,
and i was quite happy with the results ! The tricks i enjoyed the most today
were ripwalk, paradon, and - dont you laugh now - butterfly .

Conceptwise i felt so addicted to stepping, it wasnt funny, and i also got
a bit of a hang for a deeply unexplored set o' mine : symp quantum.
We also hit some good runs, when all the drilling was done, and after
that, we both struggled with "big trick" domestication .

I hope i get to play more now, i almost forgot how much fun footbag is .

pixie wauxpin

flying toe stall ( thanks Tom )

butter>diving clipper>blur rpt

spinning clipper>ducking mirage - not great or anything, but it felt good
to hit that first try

symp quantum ss mirage

symp quantum ss legover

symp quantum mirage 8)

i sealed the last two with surprisingly big runs full of confidence and variety

lots of fours bsos/b2b ; runs that makes sense ; mad love for footbag

Today's day was way kind to me :D i got maximum points in this years
final latin test, my teaching job turned to a meal and a chat witha wise hippie,
and my feet allowed me to play again . It was so awesome, surprise after
surprise...first of all, i had good runs with decent variety, all of my concepts
were on exept stepping . I was also able to nail some used-to-annoy-the-shit-
out-of-me-combos, and some unexpected new ones. Plus i hit two new tricks
that happen to be fives .

are those new ?...

tapping pick up>paradon bs ; smear>butter>blur>rpt

those are new :

tap>tapping gyro toe bs

ducking mirage>dso>rpt

tap>d.mirage>dso bs

toe blur>ss butter>pdx mir>wonton legover

symp tapping pick up>fatty string with whirl and dlo bsos

spinning ducking osis

symp tapping whirl 2nd try in history 8O

elusive stuff : tapping gyro pick up ; frontside plasma, paradon swirl,
para>d.butter bsos, dimwalk swirl, tp>d.mir>dso 2b2, and so on...
but i shall get cha all soooooon

whats up mate ? thanx for these challenging challenges, i will definitly try
the ripwalk one, and i should probably start drilling flip butterfly swirl !

at the moment, everything is going very well with munich footbag ,
everybody is motivated and improving and we meet up more often .

personally, i havent ever played better in my whole live, most of the
combos that i used to be so proud of are now becoming reliable bits
that i can hit into or during runs :P . I remember the more peripheral
moves of my repertoire, and i use them, without taking too many tries
( atom pick up, step gyro toe, butterswirl, smog, alpha atomic leg...)
to start my runs .
What i want to improve now are the first two letters in bop, and reactivating
my flip pixie; and i need to learn pdx whirls properly .

butter>shmoe>dlo rpt

tap>dlo>dso bs, almost bsos

paradon>spinning clip>stepping legover

twice and crispy flux
