For me it's definitely been more than a month with no shred. I feel like I've only kicked maybe once since Spring break. Hmm, not exactly sure.
Anyways, after about five minutes of playing yesterday my lungs/chest burned a deep burn.
I hit absolutely nothing of interest, but that's OK 'cause I wasn't expecting to.
I am planning on shredding regularly this summer. Probably almost every day unless I get bored with it... which I most definitely will. Oh well, I'll have a lot of free time I think. I'll just be waitering somewhere, and most of my friends won't be around.
Looking forward to summer anyways. Lata
Andrew, I suppose you'd have to sleep with our friend Elliot Trotter to get in the next film. And knowing him, that might actually work. OH! Or you could just move out to Chicago this summer... that might work too

If it's not raining tomorrow then I'll definitely be there by around noon. I can only stay maybe 2 or 2-and-a-half hours though 'cause I gotta be somewhere tomorrow...
Hopefully I'll see some folks tomorrow!

Well I know most of you have been worried htat i have not been playing enough, and I was worried myself for a little while, but this week I have played everyday for at least 1/2 hour. Other than that i have also started my summer work. I am an undergraduate researcher in a lab. We do studies on animal behavior in fish. These include behavioral experiments, as was as looking at the physiology of the fish. Thus far I have ran tests and collected data on one of the behavioral projects, and, as would be expected with working wiht live fish, maintained many fish tanks, and fed many fish. I footbag either before work at six thrity in the gym, or after work in the parking lot behind my building. Work runs 9-5. I'm attempting to learn chinese this summer, and every night before bed I spend 45 minutes doing virtual lessons. Every other day I will swim during the evening and ascend a lovely tree afterwards. At the top I will stay until all the negative energy that has been building in my viscera is vanquished. I descend slowly and carefully, so as not to disturb the tree nor find myself suspended in air, only to realize that I'm not suspended but indeed falling. This has not happend yet nor will it ever. The tree is sturdy and kind, and will not allow me to fall as long as I respect it. Every morning, the minute after my alarm goes off, I turn on my computer and read "las noticias". I read the news in spanish to keep the language fresh in the mind. BBC has so graciously translated the majority of their news into several different languages. That is about it for me, except that I eat and sleep through the day. I hope to make a more structured schedule so I may find itme for running and trumpet practice.

This weekend I have been home for my brothers graduation party. Haven't footbagged any since thursday, but I plan to today after i let my breakfast digest. Got to hang out with my home boys, eric steve cory and kevin, and that is great as usual. I've eaten quite a bit since I'm home and food is plentiful. No saccadas yet. northern illinois is suppose to have their seventeen year this summer, and it is considered the largest emersion in the world.I really want to see some befor i go south again. All five of myy guppy fry are still alive. Their over tthree weeks old. Two are doing welll and have grown well, two have grown ok, and one has not grown much at all and has a hard time swimming. Their were about forty brothers and sisters, but the majority were eaten by the mother, father and friends. I plan to purchase java moss for future fry to hide in. I recently bought a new ten gallon tank, and filters for the two tens i now have. Though my no filter no treated water method was working, i feel this will work better , and i will recieve less horified looks from fish enthusiasts when i explain my treatment of my fish. My dad gave me some more oatmeal so I will be set for breakfast for a while. My favorite ways to prepare oatmeal is to pour honey and milk on the oatmeal and eat it like cereal, or cook the oatmeal , put in a bowl in the fridge, and when ready to eat put honey or maple syrup on it. I call that oatmeal flan. i learned a new diddy on the trumpet, it some popular song, and is very catchy. If I was popular and new popular songs I would tell you the name of it, but I'm not and I don't so i won't. I wrestled with one of my dads friends very breifly at the graduation party, I stubbed my toe on his shoe, and a good chunk of my nail came off. Nothing bad, should not slow me down at all. Well, I think i gave myself time to digest so now off to footbag.

Shred with Reid at Port Clinton today. My game didn't seem particularly off or anything, but I got winded very quickly into the session and I stayed winded pretty much the entire time. I hit fusion but it took more attempts than I wanted. Atomics were hurting my abs, because they're still sore from doing sit-ups like 4 or 5 days ago
That's about it for now. Hopefully some good highlights to come soon??
Oh, also, I have a dream move in mind that I think I may be able to hit this summer (just on one side most likely). Still, it's something that I can look forward to...

I'm writing this as a statement of the events that have recently occured in my life, and to prove to tom that I'm able to write in paragraphs and with some bit of coherency.
Friday was sterotypical to my normal work day with the exception of meeting Tche. Tche is how I will spell this persons name though I'm almost certain this is not the correct spelling, nor will it suffice as a guide for correct pronunciation. I met Tche during my post swimming footbag session. I did not footbag in the gym as normal, but on a path in route to my apartment due to me being tired and the gym being out of the way.
Tche first approached my while I was footbagging. He said "you are very good" with a smile. I replied with a thank you, and Tche then told me how in thailand they play a similiar game over a net, but with a different type of ball. We discussed different types of kicking objects, and I brought up an item a colleague of my mothers sent to me from beijing. The projectile I'm reffereing to is similiar to a birdie in that feathers extend from one end, and is waited so the opposite end will always fall first. Tche said he was familiar with this because he is originanlyy from beijing. I got excited and I began to use my chinese I have been learning. My chinese isn't great and I tried to say hello I'm studying chinese " Ni hao, Wo gege xue zhongwen," and for some reason he kept asking about my brother.
. Weird. And the end of our discussion he asked how often I play, and I said almost everyday, and if you see my playing feel free to play as well. He seemed very enthusiastic about that.
Yesterday I didn't do much. I watched the movie about schmidtt, and enjoyed it very much. I transferred my guppies to their new tank. The older generation are in the ten gallon with a filter, and I'm keeping the fry in the plastic tub without a filter. Within a day or two I'm going to mover the larger fry to the big tank. I also bought new tires for my bike.
So far today I have eaten breakfast, footbagged for an hour nad a half, lifted weigths, and cleaned some dishes. Later today I hope to clean all the dishes do some laundry, clean the apartment, buy some train tickets back home, swim, climb a tree, play my trumpet, and work on chinese( we all know I need work on that.)
Well that is that.
