hey just wanted to apologize for me being a little hard on myself and maybe letting the flow die a little - I do that sometimes. It sucks and I need to work on just shrugging bad strings aside. It was some fun shred today. Glad I finally have someone to play with on a more regular basis. Should be an awesome summer.

heh and props on the new stuff by the way. And thanks for the new trick motivation. Otherwise I would've never had the guts to try pogo again and symp rev. whirls. And with that, I leave the computer to go and ice my knee so I can be up for playing tomorrow. Epic session? Oh it'll happen one of these days. Later.

todays highlight i guess was:

Ripwalk>crispy torque>crispy torque

i also did stepping same osis>stepping same osis

a solid 2 hour shred with Pat, it was better than yesterday because now we are comfortable around each other.

pat had a go at stepping atomic, he came close a few times but nothing in the end, i want to encourage him to hit new moves.

i also hit pogo pdx mirage>clip>pogo pdx mirage i want to rpt. that though, would be cool.

O_o You speak heresy sir. You now have a challenge: Dyno back to back by the end of June. Say it's too hard, and I'll up the ante a bit.

Props buddy! Spin both ways equally and it doesn't get so bad. Hitting Spinning Whirl>Spinning Whirl though will knock you on your ass if you aren't careful. ; )

Any Dyno work?

SPINNING REVERSE WHIRL! CURSES!
When I digest this delicious Wegman's Chinese Food of sloppy goodness I'll head off somewhere and shred and I too will do the spinning whirl variations. Spinning symposium reverse whirl? Bum bum BUM!
Oh and I just thought of something you could do that'd help with spinning. Watch videos with Erik Chan and Chris Dean in them. That's what I do. Often.

had a great session tonight.

my stepping set is so much higher now..somehow it just clicked and i noticed that both legs have to move upward at the same time. before i was setting the bag way to early, THEN pushing off with my supporting leg. well that was a mistake.

it was an intense session and i'm proud :)
