Wow this text really is intense in some special way...while reading it I could actually feel the sensation of footbag like never before. I love the sport but my dedication depends too much on my mood sometimes - I'd love to exercise more and get better but when I'm down it just doesn't feel good. Luckily I am very happy atm and so nothing can stop me from getting a good shredder during this sommer
But back to topic: I never knew about Tuan Vu but this article really is ingenious - Thanks for sharing that one

I shred with him at Funtastiks 06! What a cool guy.
They announced that the tournament he was competing in was going to be his last before he retired. So we all got real stoked for his routine and then the music he had all set for it wouldn't play on the stereo, so they just threw in something else of their choice (Peter Irish's choice, I believe). It was hardcore.

Wasn't that Scott Davidson?
Tuan Vu is one of my footbag idols. I got seriously intimidated when I started playing with him, it was insane, but we had a nice chat after Funtastiks last year. I got several pictures with him at the after party! That was seriously fun.

"Footbag can be pretty frustrating when it's supposed to be fun. I was partly driven by this forum - practice, practice, practice... As that is true, I think someone can be too focused on progressing and training that they miss the fun aspect of it." - Bander87

A bunch of people's music didn't work. I know that it was at least Scott and Tuan, anyway. there may have been more... kinda crazy that so many people's tracks weren't working. I wonder what was wrong with the sound system. They made Tuan shred to "Love Potion #9." That's a cool song though. I dug itWasabi wrote:Wasn't that Scott Davidson?
