How to Trick a Chicken

Post by jrstubs »

This is quite possibly the funniest thing you could ever do. I had this funny idea, and I made it happen

We have chickens, chickens have all these calls for different things, I decided to use the "food call" for this. Whenever a rooster finds food it will make this call, and all the other chickens will follow the sound because they think there is food.

I recorded our rooster making the call; I set my mp3 player on the ground, put it on record, threw some pieces of cookie right next to it, and I waited for them to finish their food....

I imported the audio file into my computer, edited it in audacity, and made two versions.

I put the edited "song" file onto my mp3 player, plugged it into some old computer speakers and set the volume as high as it could go, those fuckers were running as fast as they can, wow.

They were utterly disappointed to see that there was no food, since it was on repeat, they started to get a tad pissed off and started to attack the speakers

I am allowing you guys to join in on the fun, download the two .mp3 files I used. :)

I thought this thread was going to be about tricking a chicken-head, which really is easy enough to not deserve it's own topic.

If you don't have chickens, you can play it at a farm or some shit like that...
