I learned how to do flipside cartwheels finally. It really requires concentrating on torso muscle control. See if you can do them both sides.

You ever seen tricking? My buddy can do some pretty crazy flips. And he's a big guy too. I'll see if he can show me some vids, and I'll post them here.

I remember trying flipside for the first time it was weird, but it didn't take long to learn. I can do one-handed ones now too. maybe walking on hands practice helped with that.

i can do arials and cartwheels but i like arials better, more fun. dont try them if your fat.
