You're still young. If it was 10 years later and you still had this problem, that's something to worry about. You can still finish college, you just gotta focus on school and don't let anything else distract you.

awww.

i agree with zeke. if you buckle down and set some goals then youll be perfectly fine. smoking weed is fun and all... but theres times when you just gotta stop for a while. college is about growing up and learning... and thats what youre doing.

dont be too hard on yourself. everyone makes mistakes... but it wouldnt be hard for you to fix yours. just get some good study habits and show up to class on time everyday and youll be fine.

Drugs are definitely bad - look at my friend T, no wait you can't cuz he's not around. That used to be the case with R too. Thanks so much he's back now. It sucked ass when he was gone for so long.

What's the root of the sadness? I'll IM you next time i see ya. But everyone I know who's met you likes you so much. You're super nice and very efficient and funny. You're actually one of my favorite people in the whole world. I'm sure you know people care for you.. so it must be something else.

Family, girls, direction in life? those are the other things that I've seen as common.

Been playing solo a lot latley.

I modded my new shoes too. So im playing in new lavers, but I have never played this good in new shoes. They fell all stiff and shit and the toes and still kinda weird and not broken in, but im hitting all my tricks fine and even doing new moves and combos.

pdx drifter > pdx whirl > rpt
whirl > drifter > dlo > rpt (first try during warmup)
pdx whirl > swirl > rpt
toe drifter > diving mirage > rpt

Im feeling a lot more both sided, Im starting to be able to do some flip pixie stuff consistanly, And flip spin is really coming along.

college isnt about how long it takes you to finish. so you may take a year extra. who gives a fuck, the guy who gives you a job? nah, he only sees fresh meat. so dont worry about finishing college on time or on top of the class. just go at your pace, and get that diploma. so you can spend your dollars on what you like. be it cars, brews, greens, or hacky sacks.

warmup was going kinda slow, then started my work on downtime stuff.

first string: whirl > whirl > infinity > rpt > bops > toe whirl > whirl > bops > toe whirl > whirl > bops > osis > whirl > osis > whirl > bops > whirl > pdx whirl > whirl > pdx whirl

Second string: drifter > drifter > bops > toe drifter > drifter > bops > toe drifter > drifter > bops > pdx drifter > drifter > bops > pdx drifter > drifter

Third string: toe dlo, clip dlo, pdx dlo, ss dlo, all same string all same string both sides

Fourth string: torque, clip torque, pdx torque all same string both sides

and thats kinda how the rest of the session went for me. Trying stuff and hitting it first try.

Atomsmasher > ss symp whirl bs

Blurry whirl > swirl > rpt

and the ultimate highlight!!

My phone has had 1 bar of battery for the last 3 days.

Michigan Footbag Tournament was this weekend. It was a really fun time. I met Dave Davis for the first time. And also met Paul from Holland. Got to kick with Brandon and Hollis and Lisa and Greg and Kyle as well.

We did 4 events. Sick 1, Sick 3, Last man standing, Sick 2-add trick

We did Intermediate and Open for everything except last man standing. Where everyone when, the open players had to go guiltless without 3 bops in a row.

I didnt hit a sick 1 during competeion, but I footed Montage, alpine whirlygig, and nuke torque.

Hollis hit blurry flailing illusion and won

sick 3 I hit sumo > phoenix > blr whirl and sumo > reactor > pdx torque

I was the only one who did sick 2-add in open. I hit rev swirling toe, symp rev swirling toe, symple legover, and far symple legover.

Hollis won last man standing.

The competition was fun, but the shred was a lot better. We played for about 5-6 hours on the first day and 3-4 on the second.
