sessioned today.... no real highlights except two ball juggling around forty catches, mixing it up with right left and both, some good guiltless runs. Yesterday I forgot to mention during my session I had spinning ducking paradox torque off my foot twice out of two atempts. I either need to crank the ankle more to keep it in, or just know where the bag is and not look for it so i can go further around. I think the second on eis key. My shred is coming along, it's still not quite to where i left off before my two month break, but I'm loving every minute of playing, and working everything. I have a few goals for this summer: Barflys (and like moves solid), pixie super solid, swirl super duper solid, whirl super solid, I want my string length to be 30 + with a wide variety of things happening. Right now I'm solid guiltless when i'm fresh for 15-20 contacts. My session yesterday i hit 29 ripwalks in a row, kept going till i got to fifty and beyond.. I was at 46 or 7 or so, and I kept going to fifty five. Thats hard when ther is no rest in between.

I must not have been respecting the tree because on my climb i was bitten by several large black ants, most of them didn't hurt, but one bit me right on the soft of my hand between the thumb and pointer finger, and that smarted. Those little buggers don't let go either. Not as bad as when i was pinched by a crab and the crab ran off, but left his claw in me.

What else..... More guppie babies are expected soon, I have some artificial plants in the tank for them to hide in hopefully. I wanted reall plants, java moss specifically, but not one of the pet sotres around here carried it.

I'm going to be a double dex fool when you see me again! and that aint no jive turkey either.

OK, so now that I'm settling into my waitering job a little bit I'm gonna try to start shredding a lot. Maybe daily? It's been a while since I had that kind of time but I'd really like to improve right now. I feel like I haven't gotten better in a long time.

Shred a couple days ago with Reid while I was in Champaign. I hit rippedX2 finally. I actually attempted a 3rd one and cleared a set but it was waist high at best.

Hopefully I'll shred tomorrow and post some nice highlights tomorrow night after work. Lata playas

Tom I'd love to, but I have to be all showered and dressed nicely for work in Northbrook at 5pm. I don't think I'll be able to make it. It's like, even if I did go for a couple hours all I'd be thinking about is not being late for work  Ughh

Anyscrew I just sessioned on the bumpy stone shit surface in my back yard. Here are some highlights:

-whirl>blink>toe whirl>repeat X2

-rev swirl>whirling swirl BS

-One run with 3 whirling swirls (alternating sides)

-drifter>rev swirl>repeat (to 6 contacts. I wanted more but oh well)

-smear>atom smasher>repeat X2

-vortex>rev whirl BSOS

And then, just as I was about to end the session I finally hit...

-PIXIE EVERYTHING! 8)

But now I'm off to the reality that is work  Lata

Hey Reid, I demand more specifics!! If you don't give some details then I won't either... so hook it up!

I shredded today and it was really hot and the ciccadas scared me. Highlights:

-ripwalk>sidewalk>crispy dlo>pixie legover>smear>legbeater>repeat (18 contacts bitches!!)

-paradon>blink>repeat 8)

That's about it. As I was finishing these three young kids stopped to watch and ask questions. I let them try to hack and then directed them to footbag.org. Who knows...

So they won´t let me into the pool for some reason. They say I need to pay my summer fee. I asked what for. They said to pay the lifeguards and maintenance, I told them they should be paying me because I´m certified, and I can guard my own life thankyou, and heck I´ll even come in and pour some chlorine in the pool every once in a while.

Anyway to make a long story short, I will be having a long session tonight... now

what you do with your eye. Short sessiond today, on the soccer court, and then soccer players came, and were like do you play and i was like no... there like ok, but then i played anyway... they weren ´t very impressed with my skills because soo I found myself in goalie. Hit double legover bsos.... paradox whirl bsos... parfly bsosos... swirl bsos... just a short session... Following the soccer I lifted for twenty minutes. I hate the weight room... too mnay people, most of which.... I´m sure they have their good reasons, I´m being too judgemental... anyways I didn´t eat dinner until 900'915 I need someway so I can eat dinner at a normal time.

in addition to what you do with your eye, blink is also reverse swirling toe

anyscrew, yesterday i worked a double shift :( and had about 100 free minutes between them. so i drove home in a hurry, had a super quick session, showered, dressed up all nice-like, tied my tie, and drove back. from that session i hit a slight variation on the drill i hit the other day:

rev swirl>blink>toe whirl>whirl>repeat

that was quite difficult

I'm working too much. I need some days off but i ain't gettin' them. Oh well. I've had a sandwich at panera (and not much else) for the past four days (excluding my double shift yesterday). I've been losing some weight. I've lost almost 10 pounds since summer began. I've been eating an apple and a banana most everyday too. This post has been kind of random. Reid just tagged me in the greatest facebook picture ever like 10 minutes ago. Yup. Time for Conan. Hopefully I'll shred tomorrow. I could go for some nachos and guacamole right now. Oh well. Later modified...

Worked on ¨the drill¨ yesterday I have it down except for the pswhirl, and the endurance. Right side(Startinng right clipper) I made it through to toe whirl, and left side to double legover.

Wuh-oh, don't work on it too hard...

By the way, for that to count did we say we had to hit it in front of the other person?

So anyscrew I hit Rubberman starting on the other side for the first time ever the other day. AND, I went on to get 11 contacts of it! Rock on 8)

2 hour session

Stepping duckin clipper bsos and stepiing ducking osis bsos in the same tiltless run(There was a legover in there.) 7 Pwhirls in a row..... I think that is my new record( Did 40 overall). Ripwalk>drifter>pwhirl> repeat(2 and one half tiimes through). Blur>smear>dimwalk> repeat(3 times through). Rippedwarrior twice on both sides. Janiwlaker X3 each side(too many attempts than there should be. ) 5 minutes spent on barfly. Spinning out of butterfly and spinning out of ducking butterfly work 20 minutes.

PSwhirl work(in order of session appearance):

Symposium whirlx5 each side (3x hittin themove alone 2Xstepping out of it)(attempted maybe fifteen tries combined.)

Toe symposium whirl X2 each side( 1alone 1 stepping) 7 tries total

ps whirl 1X each side (No step, 2 tries(that means i hit them both first try))
