After a two day break I was really eager to go out and shred my feet off especially with my new Footfighters :)

Had two sessions and they both were quite well though the first one was a bit strange because I felt dizzy sometimes and in the end I stopped because of a stomach ache...still I had some nice combos :D

The second session was awesome, no pain, no problems, sweating for all the beers I drank yesterday at the poker evening (which was very funny though I didn't even got to the last round "heads up" but we had a nice barbecue and lots of fun with the nintendo Wii and talked about the old times  ) and new moves and combos ;)

- Spinning Clipper bsos

- Dimwalk> Ducking Clipper> Ducking Clipper

- Pixie op Dada Curve (5 add if I'm not mistaken so hello 5 add tricks :D)

- Far Legover bsos and Paradox Pickup bsos

- A very very nice pixie with my flipside

- over all better flipside than ever before, evenutally my flipside becomes just as strong as the other one - hooray :D

- Almost a Zooming though I know that I need to school my osises more before going for that one

Weather has got a lot better over here and my mood has never been better :) Go Footbag and soon Europena Championship in Vienna (though I don't think that I'll compete) and after that Open Air in St.Gall :D

Last session for today : ( I just couldn't stop shredding...When I was sitting at the computer watching some vids it got me and I was out again :D )

-Diving Clipper bsos

-Consecutive Ducking Clippers

-Almost Atomsmasher

-Flipside training at pixies and other moves

-Stepping Flipside :) Ripwalk bsos I'm coming ^^

-a few legbeaters with some very nice Atomic Sets (strong side, flipside no chance yet)

Alternate kicking and combos...I can't wait to shred some more tomorrow :D

Today's session was somehow strange. Although I have slept more than enough and ate enough yesterday I was exhausted before I began playing. On top of that it was quite hot in the sun and after a few minutes I was drained...
So I didn't hit anything new though incipiently I wanted to try Torque and/or drifter. Instead I schooled my osises a bit.
Overall not a nice session and I wonder when I will get back to full power

My legs are strange !

It seems to be a rule that after a rather disappointing session (leads me to sit a the computer and watch some footbag footage) I am destined to have a good session :)

Not much combos but some basic drilling and after that Sick one :D

Another 5 Add has joined my "footbag moves that have been hit" list :

Spinning Ducking Osis - I think that a long time ago I've hit Spinning Zulu Osis if I'm not mistaken but that must have been a very "the" like execution back then because I tried it (the Zulu version) after hitting Spinning Ducking Osis - no luck there.

I have experimented a lot with all types of ducking (ducking, diving, zulu, weaving) and most of them work quite well though I'm having problems to hit a Zulu Clipper. But ducking clipper bsos, diving clipper bsos and weaving clipper bsos went very well :)

Also I have worked on my Spinnings and after a few very easy Spinning Clippers (I had lots of time for spotting the bag) I tried double Spinning Clipper but that's one hell of a trick :D

So in the end it has been a great day for footbag, too :)

Today there was a workout at our footbag club again. So I shredded although my legs do ache a bit because of sore muscles :?

I didn't overdo it and didn't try to hit big things merely easy strings with 2/3 add tricks. In the end I made myself a little challenge : 10 clippers each side and then 10 alternating, went well and I did about 20 alternating instead of 10 :D

Some spinning ducking and almost a weaving clipper that's about all for me.

I think I'm gonna have a break tomorrow so my legs can restore to full potential though I would very much like to shred like crazy again :D

New day - new trick

Finally after so many tries I have hit a nice and smooth Swirl !!! :D

The whole session was more drilling the basics and doing easy runs but at the end I had a 30 min. special exercise to drill 3 things at once

Inside Stall, Ankle crank and Swirl ;) Goes like this :

- Inside stall
- Wrap to a Clipper
- Try to get the foot into a perfect crank position
- if happy with the position of the foot => Swirl
- other foot and repeat :)

It took me some time to get the Swirl but I really enjoyed myself and when I finally got it ..it was like some kind of orgasm  I was so happy that I only did a ripwalk to finish my session and went home to stretch and have a shower ;)

Can't wait to do this again tomorrow :D

Not much going on lately...Still practicing the same moves as usual (Whirl and Pixie are killing me  ) and now the party time has begun :

This weekend : Open Air Greenfield in Interlaken ( http://www.greenfieldfestival.ch/intro/index.php ) klick to see the program ;)

Next Weekend: Grill party at my house once again (we are about to discuss our tactics for the Open Air St.Gallen)

29. June till 1. July : Open Air St.Gallen ( www.openairsg.ch ) if you want to see the program :D

and then a short break (more footbag to come then) preparing for the European Championships though I don't think I will compete but still I want to be in top form by then :)

Too many parties ...too less footbag :?

Played yesterday and had some nice runs with spinnings and Far Legovers, Paradox Pickups, Paradox Mirages, Butterflies, Osises etc.

My pixie has got worse with my strong foot and better with my flipside

Hope to play some more after this weekend (openair : lots of bands, lots of fun, too much alcohol)

After multiple hangovers I am back to normal and eager to shred hard and so I did :D

Had some very nice runs with one mate from our footbag club and I hit my first flipside Ripwalk ;) Some very long runs with lots of 3 adds and also for the first time - infinities. And Ducking Butterfly and Spinning Clipper > Spinning Clipper...All in all it was a very very good session and I hit lots of new stuff (though my pixies have got worse :( )

Wanna shred more but the weather is horrible : raining hard, cold as ice and windy :x But soon Euros :D

- Drifter (both sides)

- Illusion (both sides)

- Spinning Mirage

- Pixie Butterfly (flipside)

- 4 infinities in a row

- Ducking Butterfly > ducking butterfly

- a paradox Mirage run (both sides)

And some nice runs with 2-4 Add tricks..All in all a very good session and I had lots of fun ;)

I'm desperately trying to keep in shape for Euros (though I won't compete - not yet) but the weather is pulling up a good fight (rain rain rain and extremely cold - I thought it was July ? :( )..I hope I can still shred some more because there are so many things I want to learn at the moment :D

I do really like colourful bags and I promised that I would get a bag from you as soon as I could afford it (that is : now :D) so I'm definitely interested ;)

See you at Euros and I see that you have made a lot of progress too (keep up the good work ;) )

Sick session today with Reto (from our footbag club)

Hit nice combos and practised all kinds of tricks (Whirls, Swirls, Drifter etc.)

We played until we couldn't lift your legs anymore and the weather was perfect :D

Soon Euros - can't wait to see all those people ;)

Small session today..it was very very hot and the sun was shining as if it was the last time ever :D

Little by little I'm getting the knack of Whirls (Strong foot is getting quite good at Whirling and my flipside is not much worse ;) )

Then I realised that Clipper / Butterfly > Spinning Clipper is much more difficult than just a Spinning Clipper - with flipside it's not that much of a problem...but my strong foot :?

Hope the weather stays like this (especially anticipatory for Euros)
