I have cut all the negative things out of my life, and have decided i am going to pursue the positives.

Footbag made it into the positives, and thus A New Beginning.

First Session was 2 hours. I worked on alternating toe kicks to ease myself back into it. My goal was 200. I achieved 318. I think i want to reach 500 before i move on.

Anyone else like the band Sparta. Some of the members used to be part of At the Drive In. I listened to their cd twice today after not listening to it for a year or so. It is really solid.

I was watching this show on sbs called thalasa. Today it was at the ports of india at their fish market. There were loads of fish there. And it made me wonder when there will be no fishies left in the sea. Surely there is an expiration date. Australia has areas which are protected and catch limits on species of fish, but alot of people dont adhere to those laws. It will be a sad day where there are no more fishies.

I am a little bit worried about my right ankle at the moment.

deloused in the crematorium, that is a great cd.

Although i like both sparta and mars volta. as a combined force they were totally awesome.

Anyways i did 348 alternating toe kicks. I think i am done with toe kicks. My inside kicks are pretty solid too, so i might give that the big swerve too.

no time for any random thoughts today, maybe tonight.

Although i listened to a dj set by digitalism. Fucking unbelievable, my new favourite djs.

props man. ATW is one trick I've never been any good at hehe. I've heard some sample stuff of DJ Mehdi and it sounded alright. I should find it for download, see if it's worth an outlay. French dance music is the shit. Air are real good too, if a littler stoner-ey. I saw Felix Da Housecat at Future Music Festival this year. Shit hot. Check out Groove Armada's new album, it's bloody fantastic. I read a review of it in FHM magazine and had to laugh pretty hard, they have no fucking idea about dance music. I feel your pain on the loss of license gig, I just got mine back. I need to swear less.
