Heel Kicks and Clipper Kicks.
Toe and Inside Stalls, not to mention the Teardrop.
Those are what I am working on and I can do each of those every once in a while now.

Höhö. we were fooling around with heels and frigid osis. out came:arctic op legover,arctic op butterfly and arctic op whirl. no chance of doing any same side component. also hit frigidosis set diving frigidosis>butterfly>hard slam on concrete.
