Sun or shades?

Post by Kljopa »

Are you a sunny or a shady guy?

I was wondering if playing on the sun will build up your endurance plus you get a tan.

But shades are good too, you get tired less.

if it's cold and windy, Sun. If it's hot or if I'm sweaty and what not, shade :)

I'm a shady guy.

i'd much rather be in the sun, although its easier to spin in the shade, because you dont get blinded when trying to spot the bag

Ditto ;)

I generally like playing in the sun and the feeling of being soaking but sometimes I have to have a short rest in the shade because it is so damn hot :D

Yeah sun does bother when spinning.

But what about endurance? How do you think will playing in the sunny area help build up better endurance?

115 degrees in the sun or 105 degrees in the shade?

It's pretty obvious why I like the shade.

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.
