ben rea,

i would like to see list of all the tricks you can do.

how can you have an advanced trick like crispy torque but just hit illusion yesterday? you dont want to get far along in tricks and have to go back to work the fundamentals... but you might have to.

youre going to worlds?

todays seconds session hurt....ow.

my hip flexor is just about destroyed so is my knee.

double dexes hurt and so do drifters, mostly drifters, i tried a few and i was pretty much in agony.

my infinities took a big step today though and it gave me lots of confidence.

my flip osis gained a lot from the flip butterfly, i finally nailed pixie osis, not like the usual pixie ss osis i do.

i tried whirls and it apears they are going nowhere. same with dynos and blenders.

tonights session was good and bad. but i came out kinda sad because now my leg is really hurting.

The session was pretty alright today.

tried a lot of double dexing stuff that was out of my league but it was fun to try them.

i hit a lot of good stepping stuff and mid string pixie stuff.

your in > out double dex is very good and it's deep. You should hit barroque. Wanna shred at OCC this weekend? Jazz Fest. Lot's of different kinds of people who might get interested. . .
