Guys, there should be transportation from the airport to the main hotel.

Disney's Magical Express will be available to bring you from the airport
to the Allstar Resort and back after the event. You need to reserve
your place on the bus when you reserve your rooms. It is not automatic.
These reservations need to be made before July 5, 2007.
I will be driving to Worlds and will have my car there. However, during the beginning I will be assigned to various IFPA-whipping-boy duties such as registration. I will try to be available to pick people in case of emergency when I can, but my car is not big (Honda Civic) so I can pickup 3-4 ppl max at a time.

Jimmy,

I will be e-mailing you as soon as my tickets have been confirmed. I've just been going through a lot of dramatization over such a little thing now. I'll be taking your offer, so don't you worry! :P

This will be the 2nd time I've ever been on a plane. the first time everything was taken care of for me.

Have some questions:

-I ordered my ticket through orbitz to fly out of the spokane airport. what do I do/need to get that ticket. Is it picked up in spokane? printed off? _____??????

hey kevin.

when you travel through airports, you stick with your airline. say if your airline is delta, then you take the "record locater" number (it is sent to you in a confirmation email or through the mail and you go to your airline luggage check when you get there. there should be little kiosks where you can enter your confirmation number and it will print out tickets and send you to the luggage check line. from there you just go through security and to your gate where your flight number is. if you get confused while you are there, then you can go to information desks and theyll help you out.

make sure you get to the airport reaaaallly early... cause sometimes security takes a really long time.

I remember I had a huge long wait in my trip to Hong Kong due to airport security. Took about an hour or more just to get everything settled.

I suggest getting your ticket 2-3 hours before your flight begins. You can always entertain yourself in the waiting area, or go to the bars/eateries and spend some time there.
