Any movie with a plot as ridiculous as that movie and a stupid slapstick style poster will be shit, no matter who is directing, staring, or what actions the get up to in the film.
Look how every character is a stereotype, how ridiculous their expressions are, and just think about the plot. It's a completely improbably comedy/feel good movie aimed at the lowest common denominator and demonstrates complete cynicism in the intelligence and culture of American society today.
I haven't seen the film, I haven't heard of it, I have no idea what the critics thought of it, I bet if I check they gave it shit scores, and the general public rated it higher, but still not impressive. I hate censorship, but it would be hard to complain if rubbish like that film were banned.
That's america for ya' bud. Fat, lazy, ignorant. We'll eat up anything anyone puts out because new things are scary. It's easier to create characters that are completely based off some other character rather than come up with new original ideas. As for plot....It's a movie...Who cares...Why don't you bitch and moan about the hairy peter movies because they have magic and witches, dumbass retarded plots and what not. Not meaning to sound flame-y but....It is just a movie man...
We love stereo-types.....But potholes still remain a prominent hazard in society. What with their causing of flat tires and jarring the asses of people old and young. Not to mention global warming, flying whales and DR. PEPPER causing the death of thousands of people a year.
Prove me right....
