Very nice post Reid, I like the details

I kicked for a little while today, but my session got rained out. Oh well.

I did manage to hit pixie paradon BSOS and blurriest BSOS in the same run... they all felt clean.

Double shift tomorrow :x

1 1/2 hour today...

I thought my self I'm getting goot at ripwalk drifter pwhirl, how baout ripwalk pwhirl drifter drill. SO I did that. First try 3 times through to a long run. I was happy. Worked a little bit of everything today, and was playing very well.. me pwhirls are coming along great... barflys still need help. swirls are great I hit around seven or eight consecutivly on my strong side.

14 pancakes for dinner... actuaally only two massive blobs of pancake mix semi cooked, but enough to make 14 individual pancakes according to the box. Carbo Loading to get up to 200... Oh yeah.. It is all going to be in the legs though. I through some cheerios in there to help figh tthe cholesterol. Had several long runs over twenty. My goal is to be hitting plus thirty and fourty runs easily, I think I said thqat already.

haha.

I went to IHOP during their all-you-can-eat pancake thing with 3 friends once and we had a contest to see who could eat the most. We all started off with eggs, bacon/sausage, and hash browns. I came in second with 17 pancakes. My friend got to 18. I just thought you should know that.

I assume you mean 200 pounds. How much do you weigh now?

I'm under 150 now. I think I'm gonna keep it that way too :D

Shit-ass day today. Double shift with no time to shred. Blaaaah

Tomorrow I have off, so I'll chill, and then shred, and then I'm off to the city for a while, and then I'm gonna see some friends of mine perform at the Playground Theatre 8O

I just had a ton of blue corn chips with "achla" chumus. Soooo good.

Yay for a day off! Take care modified!

Reid, we shredding early Saturday? / We hangin' out that day with Steve and Cory? / You heard the latest about Steve?

Oh dear, I'm a bit down in the new poll 8O :x

So I skipped an important meeting at work last night to see this awesome improv show in the city. A ton of U of I alums that I looked up to as a freshmen were in the group and are now makin' their way in the city. Some of them have ungodly talents. Anyscrew, so now my boss(es) are a tad pissed, but hopefully the repercussions won't be too severe. It was definitely worth it though and I'd do it again. Such an awesome show.

Kicked for an hour today. Didn't really drill anything just shredded the gnar. I hit this cool feeling link a bit: reverse whirl>gyro mirage. Styley. Also spinning osis X 3 at the end of the session. Those are hard to do consecutively. Blurriest becoming a little more comfortable kinda. A lot of legbeaters... they still feel a little different on my flip side but hopefully they look okay and are improving.

I had a ridiculously large meal last night. I still feel kind of sick from it. I'll be careful not to do that again anytime soon.

Oh and Reid, the news is that he actually did it the other night. And she accepted. Exciting news 8O

Haha, whoops. Sorry for my vagueness.

Yes, I was talking about a proposal, but I was talking TO Reid ABOUT our mutual friend Steve. Haha. Reid is neither engaged nor the user of a glory hole... well, to be honest, I'm not sure about the latter...

¨The drill¨ has been restricted to a select few. ¨The drill¨may be divulged to person- or persons by eric or myself in person. So HG that means you better come to Midwests
