Well, since you can't do a Legover uptime, it could be a Quantum Atomic set, but I think you probably mean a Pixie Atomic set, or Sailing as it's more commonly known.

There's also dlo set from clipper: that's a shooting set.
There's also as you pointed out quantum atomic (although I think it's usually done with the first dex symp.) and that's called juantomic I think.. or toe shooting or something..

I've tried, but almost twisted my ankle and hurt my hips... so it's not as easy as I thought it would be. Then again, if I worked on my quantums more, who knows...

Serge Kaldany has been trying those for a while. I don't think he's hit anything out of it yet though.
