Will Digges in NYC for 5-8 days

Post by Will Digges »

I am in NYC , right now, and will be here for another 5-8 days or more. I am right next to central park, like 60 ft away basically. I am working with my dad and staying at the Lotos Club. I should be able to shred at night, sometime after 5 or 6pm. Lemme know if any NYC shredders are available!

My Cell: 1-518-817-1959
Staying at: The Lotos Club
Looking to: Shred it up

Peace.! 8)

NYFA has 3 spots we usually play at.

1. Washington Square Park. This is downtown, has good crowds, and shade. Nearest subway stops include Astor Place on the 6, W 4th street on the ACE, and I think 8th street on the N.

2. Union Square. No shade, but good crowds. Easily accessible for everybody. We tend to play here on Wednesday nights, around 6pm. You should make this session for sure.

3. Central Park, at the bandshell. It's pretty much on the 72nd street transverse. This place has great crowds and good shade, but is a little bit more out of the way for many people.

This weekend the biggest session will be on Sunday, and will likely happen either in WSP or Central Park. Some people will also likely play on Saturday, but if you had to pick a day, I would say SUnday is your best bet.

Looking forward to playing with you soon. It's been too long (Cornell Jam!).

I played in central park last night, next to the bandshell, some band was playing some good beats so that was cool. Some guy named jeff saw me shredding and introduced himself to me. He mentions he use to play with Eric Wolfe and Peter Irish use to be his inspiration to play. I think he has seen you guys shred before at Washington Square Park, he told me to stop down there on the weekend.

He asked me to hit triple around the world and I hit it 2nd try, then I told him I could do a 4 Dex and hit nemesis first try. He thought it was cool how footbag has evolved since when he played.

I also hit A very clean Nebula, and some decent strings for the passerby's, I got some applause it was fun. Can't wait to play with you guys! Peace.
