Sleepless Nights

Post by PinkAura »

Hey everyone... I just started playing footbag not too long ago....but for some reason i find myslef having sleepless nights because i can't stop thinking about footbag. I really dont know if its the footbag, but i find myself having these images of me tearing up a rug cuz im shredin so fast, Not just that, but like the minimal moves that i have are repeated over and over and over and over i my head till it feels like my heads gunna explode. Then I toss and turn all night thinkin to myself..."You will play in the morning stop thinking!." And then it starts all over again!! Some times I will think for hours. lol Just a little story i thought i would share with my fellow footbaggers. It's driving me nuts. I mean I love footbag but i need my rest. And ever since ive started playing I cant sleep! Anyone esle have these sleepless nights over footbag? weird dreams of footbag? Just curious if i'm the only one.

Wet dreams over footbag. Of course.

Never had sleepless nights because of it though.

I used to play late at night: 12, 1, 2am. Find a light colored bag and a bright street light and kick till you're tired enough to sleep. :-)

Welcome to my world, heh. It is weird I know it is an addiction. Do what Moxie said I play till I can't play no more. Latest I have been up is like 4 am. I could hardly mirage the next morning...*sigh* Why can't I be devoted to my school work like I am to this sport?
Be careful what you wish for

I got myself a footblog http://modified.in/footbag/viewtopic.ph ... 016#342016

Just take your favorite footbag and just break it in and roll it around in your hand until you fall asleep in your bed. Dont use a sand bag unless you like sleeping in sand or any lead filled bags with leaky bleed holes or else you might die.

Works for my crazy insomniated nights full of knee pains and body aches(sometimes). :)

Dreads are really good for doing something whilst you try and go to sleep....

Impossible.

Lets say 8 hours of counting at 1 number a second.

8 x 60 x 60 = 28800

upwards of 500k is a very big estimate XD.

That was years ago so just to cover my fat ass let's say that I have a horrible memory.

This thread reminds me of the Tetris Effect. It's when you play so much Tetris you think about it all the time, you have dreams about Tetris, when you close your eyes you think about Tetris just to imagine where pieces would go in certain situations, and you see objects that look similar to pieces and have a game go on in your head of pieces falling onto that piece.
