thanks matt :)

i have good news, i fixed my waylon bag!

it was my first 32 and i was messing around once with the weight and i made it like 90 grams, big mistake because i could get a straw back in to take out the filler. but finally after several months i decided to try again, and it worked! i took out much of the lead and replaced it with poly pellet. it actually plays great and its still about 50 grams or so. i cant wait to shred with my first love again.

here she is!!!

oh and here is a new bag i stitched up!

In the other topic I wrote:Having your knee turned outwards would make Atomic a lot easier on you. I don't even know how you manage to set the bag like that.
Seriously, you're making the dex a lot harder than it has to be.

sweet atomic, Ben. A little advice to pitch in myself, though: try not to jump with the dex. Stay low and dex high and fast. Other than that swell work. "New set? Hm. I think I'll just go ahead and hit reverse whirl from it." 8O

I'll call you Saturday. Chris Dean is on standby to shred with us too 8) . Hopefully I'll be back in town tonight or else earlier tomorrow.

thanks for the tip pat that makes a lot of sense in my head.

i hit atomsmasher today using flip atomic (surprise, surprise!)

it was a pretty fantastic feeling i have to say. i think flip came a lot quicker because my left toe does not have the ultra awkward crooked set like my right toe. i cant wait to drill more atomics. :)

footed rev reactor too but i was too tired to go on.

last night i did ripwalk>far clip x5 and ripwalk>infinity x3

edit: video of flip atomic tomorrow or sunday.

that looks so much better than your weakside atomic! why dont you take the time to fix your right toe stall/set so you can have an atomic set that wont cause you pain in the long run? it will help with everything else too :)

honestly, if you listen to people just this one time, you will be pleasantly surprised :)

trust me i have tried to fix it, i try everyday to make its straight. its just going to take a long time because thats the first thing i ever learned...toe stall. changing something that i have been doing for that long is a long task.

thanks for the comments though :)

Looks really great.

It's a bit leggy, but it still looks good. It'll probably work itself out.

i just noticed that like 10 months ago i said my dream move was atomic symposium reverse whirl (reverse gary coleman) so i think im going to have to hit that soon so i can fulfill my dream.

but i have a question. when your doing atomic followed by a symposium, do you plant the atomic dexing leg then lift it up again and follow through to the symposium reverse whirl?

oh yea!

Saturday:

flip atomsmasher, legbeater, rev reactor
Legbeater>Blur
Reverse Gary Coleman

what a day wow!

i had a lot of fun today hitting all of this new stuff including a new 5 add which just so happened to be one of my dream moves! i didnt hit it by april, which is when i said i wanted to hit it but...i hit it, . so i dont really care.

i also worked on straightening out my right toe.

now that i hit that big move i think i need to slow down a little bit because i know one of the biggest mistakes is getting caught up in stuff that is over your head. i have already done that once and im not about to do it again.

happy 777!
BenRea september 7, 2006 wrote:lol, i have just decided that by the time april 2007 comes around, (my one year aniversarry of footbag) i want to be able to hit a Reverse Gary Coleman. haha. that should be fun

Atomic Symposium Reverse Whirl :D

im pretty confidant about it actually.
^^^10 months ago (to the day), missed the target by 3 months. oh well
