US what are you talking about? This happened in Wichita, Kansas.
But no, this kind of thing would not happen most anywhere (States or world) and I know because I've seen situations like this in even the shadiest parts of the country/world (IE Canada, Mexico, Sicily) and normally people flock to shit like this to help. Who knows what kind of people were in the store at that moment and didn't help her out, some even taking pictures. You're the real idiot though, for trying to take the actions of a small group of people as a microcosm for an entire populace. Are you thick or is your hometown Wichita, Kansas?
